Conveniently located and accessible for shopping and a quick notarization by White Rose Notary Services LLC. Returned for a second notarization in a week. Unfortunately, Starbucks was temporarily closed. Fortunately, we were able to use outside seating to complete the notarization.

What's better than being able to find a parking space and visit your favorite grocery store (Trader Joe's) and clothing store, followed by lunch at California Tortilla? It is easy to enter the parking lot now that there is a stop light by the gas station.
