⭕️❗️Beware: The coop ATM at Blair Plaza Center in SS, MD confiscated my cash deposit with no receipt as requested, and did not make deposit to my account on evening of Monday, November 14, 2022. This atm must be a scam...nothing was ever sent to my bank, although they were listed as a fellow banker.

!!Scam alert!! Do Not use this ATM mchine. It took all of my cash deposit and did not put the money in my account. SCAM alert!!!Now they going to spend unknown time 'investgating' this atm theft of my money.

I am a very new customer and my experience has been top notch. Branch Manager- Suzette Riley really exemplifies GREAT Customer service. Ms. Riley took the time to explain everything and calls me if something is awry. I wish the stars went up to 10.

There seemed to be fraud on my account. I was not informed nor called just my ATM was inactive. It’s was Friday and we are under stay at home orders and I have no way to get cash, food or purchase gas for my car, WOW!! Never had issues like this when it was MCEFCU. To make matters worse I was told it take 5-7 business day’s. Only to find out that’s its 7-10 days. Not good!!

Hours are 8-5... but they lock their doors at 4:57 and stare at you like you are the d**** Busted my butt to get to their location, park and walk inside (there isn't a drive through) and the woman said through the window "we close at 5." Least. Convenient. Bank. In. The. World.

I just wanted to share with you a bad experience that I had this week with Sky Point Federal Credit Union. I went to the atm machine at the bank in Rockville to deposited $1,445. The machine did not accept my money and only spit out $1,245. I know for a fact after counting numerous times I had $1,445. I go to the teller. I fill out paper work for the missing $200. They tell me they are going to call me. Well, today I received a call... they can’t find the missing money. So, what now.

Issues with this bank's ATM and bank mgr's apathetic attitude. The ATM doesn't accurately register deposit amounts. In a word short-changing. The machine adds/ accounts for less than you deposit!! This has happened almost every time I have made ATM deposits over the course of 3-4 months! Fortunately I have caught the error, cancelled the transaction and gotten all of the money back that I have deposited. I wonder how many times other people making deposits continued the transaction oblivious to the fact that they are making this bank richer! I reported this issue to a clerk then the branch manager. The manager told me he has the same thing happen to him! I asked him what happens if the person who may or may not be a customer loses money unbeknownst to them because of faulty machines. He didn't have a real answer except the machine is not good and scheduled to be fixed again. I told him that I was not happy with the bank, a credit union, non the less, for ripping people off. I said I wanted to close my account and with an expressionless face he uttered "okay". We have to expect more from this bank and others or we, ourselves, will always end up short-changed! I plan to close my account and urge others to do the same. If you are considering this bank- good luck with that! I say look for another one without these kinds of issues!!
