I purchased my sign from Speedy Signs and was happy with the quality of the work. However, the nails started coming out and sign began to fall. I immediately contacted the sign company and was told we will charge you $400 to remove and reinstall. I did not expect to pay for the danger this could potentially cause since they installed the signs. The first sign I was able to catch as I literally watched the nails fall out. The second sign I contacted them letting them know I'm not sure if I will be as lucky to be present. Isa sarcastically ask for a contract saying they guarantee their work. I had to contact Fast Signs in DC and they sent a crew out immediately and didn't not charge me a dime. They told me they had contractor out. But would try to help and route someone. While I expected to pay they said this is an emergency and we want to help. We agreed to do new signs and the cost of installation is a fraction of what Speedy wanted to charge me for removing and reinstalling the existing sign. The contractor that came from Fast Signs told me that the previous contractor made the hole too deep and stuffed the hole. Which is why the nails fell out so easy. I do not recommend doing business with them because they do not guarantee the work of their contractors.
