I took a friend to Spencers in Wheaton, we couldn't have asked for better service, everyone was polite and knowledgeable about everything my friend was looking for. We had a wonderful time and we will come back ?

This location is so laid back and so are the employees. They helped my kid find all their favorite items and even introduced me to the sales and points i can recieve thanks to their app. Lots of laughter and cool conversation. Eventhough the alarm would go off whenever folks past by, the employyess had a joyous spirit. My sisters and I will definitely be back.

This location is a JOKE, the assistant manager or manager whatever her role at that run down store is DISGUSTING her customer service is an absolute joke I have never experienced such a nasty attitude from a retail worker in my life Her first interaction with me was IMMEDIATELY snarky and sarcastic, I'm not your baby don't call customers that. When returning to the store to get the store number her response after trying to get her coworker to kick me out was " I'm not talking to you mind your business !!!! " Somebody from corporate needs to pay this store a visit and give the employees a serious run down on how to speak to people ESPECIALLY in this area

Do not shop here!! Extremely bad experience with a manager named Paula. Tried to make a return for unopened products and she was being extremely difficult for no reason and even made smart remarks and questioned if I really was a returned customer.

Let us recap what has been going on since February 2020, A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! COVID-19 people. I bought something on August 31, 2021 and tried to return it 4 October 2021; 4 days after the 30 day return policy. I explained I had to quarantine during that time. The manager says, well you should have come in before the 30 days were up. I said so I was supposed to predict when I was going to be exposed. Her response, it’s not my fault. Yes that is where we are as a society! Take away, if you are exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have it yourself, Spencer’s would rather you come in then to be flexible with any policies.

I usually have great experiences at Spencer’s, with great customer service. Unfortunately, my cashier was very condescending, rude, and unprofessional. He had an attitude when speaking to me and rushed through the transaction. When I asked for clarification to his question he barked his response/rolled his eyes. He exclaimed to his coworker that he couldn’t wait to retire from retail.I truly love this company, as well as their products. I just don’t recommend coming to this location.

I never had a problem at any spencers store until now. i was there on saturday (06/27) around 4:12I went to redeem my free t-shirt. I was just staring at the wall deciding what to get. until this african american employee asked me RUDELY " WHAT IS IT" not even a hi or how are you. I told him i was looking to get a shirt and he says " don't walk out with it " what the f? not even joking around at all. you guys need better customer service.
