I traveled from out of state to check out a truck at this dealership, and initially, the salesman was quite helpful. However, when it came time to discuss the financials, things took a turn. Despite telling him I have a pre-approved loan from my local bank and simply needing the out-the-door pricing to consider, he started asking for personal information. After reluctantly providing some details, I asked why he needed it. He claimed it was for the registration, but I reiterated that I only wanted the total price of the truck to determine my interest. After disappearing for 10-15 minutes, he returned and insisted that obtaining the numbers wasn't a straightforward process and he required more information, and began asking for financial & mortgage details.When I questioned why this was necessary, he suggested that providing additional information could potentially get a better deal from their bank. Frustrated, I reiterated that I merely wanted a clear understanding of the total cost of the truck as I wasn't making a purchase that day. Instead of providing the numbers, he embarked on a 15-20 minute lecture about the benefits of having loans at different banks, and wanted more personal info again. Eventually, a manager inquired if I was seeking a purchase order to take to the bank, which I replied with “I don’t even know the price of the truck” shocked with my reply he says “he didn’t give you the pricing I printed out“ The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my month after an hour, I still had no idea about the price of the truck. When the manager finally gave me the numbers, I was already eager to leave.In addition to this terrible encounter, there were numerous undisclosed extra charges added to the total cost. Considering the overall experience, I’d recommend looking else where.

I really appreciate J.R and Able for making it possible for me to get my new car! They made my experience great.Edit: I can’t believe I left this beauty out! Erica was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Very helpful and even kind enough to walk me to the sales area. She was the highlight of my visit there.

It was excellent. This was the 2nd dealership I had gone to get my car fixed. Sterling took the time to listen to the problem and provided updates on my car. The technician did a thorough evaluation and found the problem. I'm very appreciative of the great customer service. I will be changing my service to sport Chevrolet.

I went to get my car fixed and thanks to Erica everything got fixed, she went above and beyond to fix the my car even she got into my car observed the problem and made sure I got a good service. Erica transferred me to Harris and He also did his best to fix my car. Erica finally even after I took my car she made sure by calling me if the car was fixed properly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I recently received at your Chevrolet car dealership.On 9/19/23, I brought my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban to sport Chevy dealership to address a recall issue. While I initially had faith in their team's ability to provide quality service, my experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.The problem arose when I picked up my Suburban after the recall service had been performed. To my dismay, the middle console of my vehicle was no longer functioning properly. This was not an issue prior to bringing my vehicle to your dealership, and I was shocked to discover this problem upon inspection.I promptly returned to dealership to have this issue rectified. To my further disappointment, your service team informed me that a new harness was required to resolve the problem. I find it difficult to believe that my vehicle's harness was not damaged during the recall service, especially since it was in perfect working condition before I brought it in.This situation has caused me great inconvenience and has eroded my confidence in the service provided by your dealership. As a loyal Chevrolet customer, I expected a level of professionalism and accountability that seems to have been lacking in this instance. Not only did the they blame me for trucks issue, but the 3rd generation owner Gibbs called me on a Saturday telling he dose t belive it’s his team fault, and if I show up he will call the police. Monday morning I went in to have them explain the procedure for recall, and his sales manager had the police called on me and a trespassing order placed on me. So they wouldn’t have to take responsibility for their negligence!I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I believe that it is the responsibility of sport Chevy dealership to ensure that the vehicles entrusted to your care are returned to their owners in the same or better condition than when they were dropped off.I have video footage of everything that was said!! It was said that I threatened you Gibbs!!! But hey; you’re right I left out a whole lot!!! Like the lie you guys told on video!! But thanks again you proved my point by blaming something that’s has nothing to do with problem

Earlier this week I had the hard pill to swallow of saying goodbye to my old car of 14 years. Due to various mechanical issues it was no longer drivable, I first went to the dealership for the model of my original car and they could barely offer anything for trade, and did not seem interested in trying to help me make the best of a very rough situation.Over the course of the day I went to several dealerships in the Auto Park circle and test drove several vehicles. I was feeling exhausted and a bit hopeless about my situation.And then I finally came into Sport Chevrolet. I was greeted in a friendly and thoughtful way by JR. He listened to my needs, concerns, budget restrictions, and worked with me to find what would HELP me the most. We worked together for several hours, he never rushed me, never tried to influence me, and he went above and beyond to make me feel cared about.There are a lot of stereotypes about car sales individuals and I was nervous going to buy a car as a young looking female presenting person. But the true heart of a salesman is to treat people with respect to help them make the right choice, JR is that type of salesman, the kind with a good heart and pride in his work.I would recommend working with him and Esmeralda (in Financing) any time!I can't wait to go back when I need to have my new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer serviced! (and I have never looked forward to that before!)

I ordered a 2023 Chevy Bolt and other than the long wait for it to be built and shipped (about 3 months), everything went amazingly well. Our salesman, Cam, brought the papers and the vehicle right to our house so we didn't even have to go to the dealer to pick it up. Easy, like it should be. Thanks Cam!

Every experience we've had with Sport Chevrolet has been excellent. Gibbs and his team of professionals set the standard of how a dealership should be managed. Vince is awesome and goes above and beyond for customers. Our salesperson Rodolfo Vivas was fantastic he is extremely knowledgeable and treated us in a kind, professional, and sincere manner. In our opinion, Sport Chevrolet is the only dealership in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. area. If you want to feel like family, Sport is the place to be!

Bought a car here 3 years ago and opted for the extended warranty. I have sold this car and have been trying to get a refund of the warranty. Impossible task to get anyone from Finance to even return my call.Update: received a call from the owner today who will assist in helping me resolve my issue. Will update again when the issue is resolved.Update: my issue has been totally resolved. I appreciate all the help from the owner and the Controller. Check is in my hand!

I 100 percent recommend this dealership. T was our car seller and was just AMAZING ! Amazing customer service , friendly and Very professional. If you need to purchase a car definitely go to T . Also Joshua the finance manager was amazing as well everything went smoothly . Mrs.P was amazing as well she really made us feel comfortable and was very helpful. **Update - The owner reached out to me directly to have a conversation, which I appreciate. I can tell he takes customer service seriously. He offered for me to reach out to him directly prior to my next visit so that he can ensure it is a positive experience. Good to know there are still owners & managers who care that much**First time here and will be last. Made an appointment to have my SUV serviced and brought it in at my appointment time which was early morning. My service advisor informed me that the vehicle had to be dropped off and he would reach out to me with a status by end of day. Three days later I still have not heard from anyone and have to call the service department to try to track someone down for an update on my vehicle. After being put on hold twice, I was told my vehicle had not even been looked at yet. I asked why my vehicle wasn't looked at after three days and they had no answer. I asked why my service advisor nor anyone else had bothered to updated me. I was told they only call when they have an update to give. I've never heard of such foolishness from any dealer I've had any of my vehicles services at. If they weren't going to get to my vehicle for several days, they should've informed me so that I can plan for that. I asked what is the purpose of making an appointment if the vehicle is going to sit for days before being looked at. No answer. After the third day of sitting, I decided to take my vehicle to another Chevy dealer. When I picked my vehicle up, no apology, explanation, anything. Just an attitude from one of the mechanics standing in the reception area when the service advisor informed him that I was there to pick up my vehicle after having it sit for three days. Three days of my time wasted. Made an appointment at another Chevy dealer the very next morning where it was taken into a bay right away and diagnosed within 2 hours. All repairs were completed within 24 hours and the service advisor there kept me updated with photos and frequent text msgs. That is the type of service I am accustomed to. I will never go to Sport Chevrolet again for service.
