Great service, some folks using wifi can be questionable. Was asked for money when I left out the door. Two young people who were camping out inside before.

I have literally never reviewed a Starbucks in my life, but Adelaide and the woman working with her this morning were SO kind. They truly brightened my day with just a few interactions and it was a delight starting my morning this way. Also I've never been offered hot sauce for my impossible sandwich until this day!? How is that possible?? I didn't even know Starbucks had hot sauce.

A waist of money! I ordered iced coffee which was premade. While waiting for something else I tasted it and not only was it weak and the color of iced tea it was bitter. I told the counter girl and her rely was "That's how it is". No attempt to remake it or pour from fresh coffee and add ice. Just a "that's how it is." Well- you did a loud job of making it! Weak to save Starbucks money or just inept? Starbucks coffee weak and bitter? Not anywhere else I've been. I made the mistake of taking it and throwing it out instead of asking for a refund. I won't make the mistake of going back there.

They do not take rewards. I think you should remove starbucks and just put coffee. If someone is branding , fulfill the brand rewards and promotions.

I love to come here every time I'm in Safeway. The baristas are very friendly and will help you with whatever you want. There is a lovely selection of food items in addition to the drink menu. I love their cake pops.

Good depending on when you come. Late afternoon/early evenings tend to be busy and there is usually only one barista working, slowly...

Avid Starbucks drinker and genuine coffee enthusiast, this is definitely one of my favorite locations to go to. It's a bit different in which this Starbucks isn't really a store but more of a concession stand inside Safeway. Location/Parking: There's a large, private and free lot where you can park your car. The Safeway is located off of New Hampshire Ave in the direction in which you would be heading towards Burtonsville. Service: I've always experience outstanding customer service from this location. They never run out of anything and are quick when making my beverages. I also like to enter my phone number for Safeway Rewards as they go toward my gas points. Ambiance: Casual and quiet. There's a small seating area for people to sit and chat but I wouldn't recommend coming here to do work. Obviously, it is still within a grocery store so it would be weird to do some hardcore work or studying at this location. There's also shelves of coffee and Starbucks merchandise displayed really nicely and very organized around their booth area. This Starbucks usually isn't very busy, but even if it was, you can always do a bit of grocery shopping while waiting for the baristas to make your drink. Holidays: I actually went to visit another Starbucks location (an actual store) before coming to this one and the line was nearly out the door. Everyone, including myself, were trying to obtain the infamous, red, Holiday Starbucks cup but they had ran out of stock. It's nice to know that the smaller locations carry them as well. These cups really do make a difference when it comes to saving money and helping the environment. Price: Honestly, Starbucks is a bit overpriced compared to a standard coffee shop. But their costs are the same as any other location in Maryland (except for the Casinos as they upcharge you at least $1 more). They do accept card, cash and you can pay through the Starbucks app as well. I don't believe that online-ordering is possible at this location but you still can use your rewards for any free food or beverages. For sure, a great option if you want coffee and need something quick while avoiding the major store locations!
