Dejadee was kind, courteous, and in tune with my physical needs. I struggle with lower back pain. By the end of the session I could already feel a decrease in the pressure on my lower back. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent experience with Stretchworz, my first time getting stretch therapy and I have nothing but positive things to say about the services. I have lower back problems for 2 years and when I left this my appointment I felt like a new person. I would highly recommend this to anyone who want to relieve back problems or just stress. My therapist was Mbaimba who is wonderful. I even signed up for the membership for twice a month. Worth every penny, money well spend.!

Wow this was a rough visit but it was good. I we as sore after this session but If I could afford them I'd do this weekly. I like the full operation and will be going again though it's tough to get an appointment.

I had a membership with Stretchworkz but it was suspended by my request due to the pandemic. Once I was vaccinated and felt comfortable returning I discovered the location near me was closed. I decided to make the trek further out. The day before my third session I was called by the therapist and told that location is closing the next day and I would have to reschedule. The other locations are not convenient for me so I requested a refund of any remaining sessions. I was told “…I am having trouble processing the refund, …and I realize the reason it will not process is because the last sessions are from over a year ago. The system will not allow me to process this. I am sorry I thought we were talking about recently charged sessions. I understand that you will not be able to use these due to distance, the best thing I can do at this point is allow you to gift those 4 sessions to other individuals for them to use. I look forward to hearing from you.” I replied we were in a pandemic a year ago. I was told basically that doesn’t matter the “system” will not approve a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor as was told “I understand. The CEO is my supervisor and I have shared all emails with him. This resolution was approved. I wish you the best.” Needless to say I was not given an opportunity to speak to a supervisor. Wanted to share how this company conducts themselves for paying members that did not feel comfortable being “stretched” prior to vaccinations becoming available. Unconscionable in my opinion.
