I am at this gas station several times a week. I get gas, my snack, and use the bathroom. Get my car vacuumed. Today, I bought pasta salad, but the pasta was not cooked well. I went back to return it and get my money back and they said no. They told me it is a salad and the noodles were El dented. They told me the manager should be in tomorrow at 7 am. I
Will return to get my money back.

I've had decent experiences at this Sunoco (in terms of gas prices). However, the guys that work the night shift are funny AF.. While most service station attendants can be somewhat cold, the folks at Sunoco are pretty chatty and friendly. Also, they will let you know of any specials that the convenience store has. For instance, if you buy one bottle of soda, they'll let you know of any BOGO deals. My only annoyance with this Sunoco: The air machine takes quarters and cards, but the vacuum only takes quarters.

I have been here a few times since I moved to the area. None of those times have been a great experience. And probably will keep me from revisiting this in the future. My first visit here I pulled in to fuel my vehicle. Being new to the area I need to scope things out and not knowing the frequency of gas stations I was going to use this one. I get to the lot only to find all the pumps shut down. I don't know if it was because they were out of fuel or if there was an electronic malfunction that hindered the pumps from working. Next time I stopped here I just wanted to grab a drink and a pack of smokes. When I got in here I was able to get my drink, but they were out of my smokes. You know how they say, 'fool me once, shame on your, fool me twice, shame on me'? I blame myself for returning here.

Car wash is a joke. $14 for the "platinum" wash. My car looked exactly the same when I left, just wet.

Cashiers try to scam you. Overcharge you hoping you dont pay attention and then act like you don't know math. Terrible customer service.

My daughter was there today to vacuum her car. She accidentally locked the keys in the car. They did let her make a phone call. I want to thank them for not offer a pregnant woman help in seeing if they could unlock her car. They could have at least offered. Thank you stupid people at the Sunoco. I hope one day this doesn’t happen to someone you know that is pregnant.

I was next in line the cashier said next i get to the counter and i have to wait because he decided to star texting on hos phone. Then he gives me a puzzle look and i like i m waiting for you and he justed rolled his eyes. No customer service at all

Bought gas and 10 dollar car wash. Long car wash which we didnt know. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Crazy!

Customer service isn’t the best— the staff is rude. I usually avoid communicating with the staff, if possible. The price for a car wash has also increased. However, the price of gas is decent.

I only asked how I could use the car washer and I got yelled at and stared at so hard, the things the guy said hurt me, I tired not to cry so I just went to my car and tried the car wash again and cried a bit there, I said sorry for getting them upset and they just ended up yelling at me, I left and went to somewhere else where I usually go, where I usually go there are really since people and help explain things to me. So if anyone wants to go to this place please have a strong heart cuz them yelling at you really hurts, it had bad customer service, if I did that to a customer at my job I would have gotten fired at the spot, I just wished him a good blessed day and left
