Zero customer service. I've left repeated voicemail messages about an account question. Their voicemail said they were closed even though it was 10:15 am and they open at 9 am. No one returns calls. I had an appointment with an assistant manager. She wasn't in when I arrived and hadn't called in to say she was coming in late. How do I know? One of the employees Jorge called her in front of me. Long lines and Elena the teller is particularly rude.

Sun Trust was merge into TRUIST Bank. I closed me auto loan account in late March. The loan was paid in full. TRUSIT BANK made an additional draft from my different credit union after the loan was paid in full eight days prior. So, I tried to reach loans services at 3:33 pm. I was told I was at the incorrect number. I was given another telephone number at 4:10 pm. Again I was given the LOAN DEPT number, the number that just told me to call the second number. When I called the first number, I was told the wait would be 65 minutes. TRUIST your business model will certainly fail for your lack of customer service. I decided to hang up at 4:48 pm. What a PI$$ POOR bank

I entered the Drive-Thru of the local SunTrust. As usual, I gave the branch manager, Christina Reilly, my driver's license, account number of which I wanted to withdraw from, and my credit card. I expected her to already have my information because of all the documentation I gave her, but all of a sudden, she asked me to come inside the office. When I went in, she repeatedly asked for my information; passwords, ID, and other account numbers. This had never happened to me before as this was a routine errand that never took this much time. I felt harassed, as if she doubted that I was the owner of the account. My accounts are already associated with my driver's license and it should have been confirmed. I am a 61 year-old man; I have a family to take care of, and this was definitely not necessary. I have been to this particular location several times and I have never been this embarrassed in front of other customers and tellers. It seemed I was treated this way because of the color of my skin.

I see some did not have a good experience at this bank . Plus I know the parking area there is small and the lines are sometimes long or the tells are slow but they are trying their best to please people . But know that I respect the people who work there because they do all they can and bust their butts hard to help people . They deserve a little credit . Plus I am glad they have a ATM on the inside instead of outside the building with less security . Plus they have good teller and management desks to help people . Plus they have cookies and coffees for everyone on Friday's and Saturday's for customers to make them more at home there .

Waited almost an hour to open an account. After waiting half an hour, they told me it would be ten minutes, that was twenty minutes ago. Wish they had told me it would be a long wait and I would have gone to another branch.
