Truist - Lost my wallet. Rude Attendant unable to access my account because I didn't have an ID. No ways to verify my identity. She then send me outside to use the atm instead of just servicing me by allowing me to swipe my card at her station. Bad customer service. Troubling Suntrust would never!!!

A few years ago, this branch was great. No More! Most of the good people left, there is now a new manager every week. The old tellers are still good but cannot assist you beyond deposit and withdrawal. The branch has now been closed for 3 days and no explanation is provided. Truism has increased fees so the time has come to go elsewhere.

A NIGHTMARE!!!! Horrible bank! Please do not use the ATM here - they took all my money and claimed there was no transaction. No one inside wanted to help me and they claimed the manager wasn't there. They just told me to call customer service to open a claim/dispute. I needed that money for school and thanks to them I can't pay for my classes this semester.

This bank caused me quite a problem. I tried to open an account here and they turned me down, because of something on my Equifax. I just moved to the area, I've had a bank account since 2008, no problems. I have a credit union account and I was bringing a check from that credit union to deposit. It was a Friday an hour before the bank closed. I have a new job with a very good salary. And I needed to be able to deposit that check within 5/7 days. I nearly lost my new apartment because of them. I had to call around everywhere only to find, there is no block on my account. I still need to get information from Equifax--but whatever it was, it's a ridiculous way for a bank to assess risk. I couldn't use a check cashing place because the amount of the check was too large. I tried a different bank on Monday and had no problem at all setting up an account. I'm giving two stars because the representative at Sun Trust was nice, but I would not recommend choosing this bank.

A great small bank, every time I come in they address me by my last name and look happy to see me. Especially a banker name Dorian. He remembers my preferences and is always happy to help. Every time I have a problem or a question, I call and Dorian is very to help. He never forgets to return my calls and salve every issue. Will defiantly recommend this small bank that makes me feel like family. All the other workers are great as well, I just don't remember all of their names :)
