They just are thief! They convince you to take tracker which they say if free and all they end up to take your $60 outof it when you return! That js stealing from people and the lady convinced me take them they are free!! That is unacceptable!

I had a great experience here with Shakarah. She helped me get the new TMobile WiFi and it works wonders! This spot is awesome and the service is fast! They get you in and out, as well as they are very polite. I 100% recommend!

Shakarah and her team are incredible! I came in with a really old phone she took a lot of time to aclamate me to my new phone! My transfer took over 2 hours and watched her greet everyone who came in with a smile. Shakarah, I’m sending everyone your way!

I was in this T-Mobile store to replace my IPhone 13 Pro Max with an iPhone 15 Promax. Sadly, what happened next surprised me. My bank account was hacked, door dash, Temu and also my PayPal account. I couldn’t believe this could come from a credible T-Mobile customer service. Until now some of my credit haven’t been restored. I reported this to my bank and I believe they must bring whoever is responsible to his/her knees. I got some addresses and a phone number belong to the guy who transferred my data in to my new phone. It was a horrible experience.

Attention T-mobile Management,I am writing this in absolute outrage at the abhorrent treatment I received at your store. I came in with a straightforward request, and what followed was a series of egregious errors, unprofessional conduct, and sheer incompetence.Firstly, a rogue decision was made by one of your salespeople who added an iPad's line to my aunt's account WITHOUT my authorization. This is not just a mistake; it's a breach of trust. What gives your staff the audacity to make such unauthorized decisions?My attempts to resolve this were met with misinformation, insincerity, and an astonishing lack of coordination. I made several trips to your store based on YOUR team's assurances only to find them false. The unmitigated gall of your team to waste a customer's time like this is shocking.But the pinnacle of this horrendous experience was the confrontation with a salesperson who had the audacity to berate me over where and how I chose to make a purchase. His blatant display of resentment, purely because he lost out on a commission, was disgraceful. To be yelled at and disrespected in a store where I am a PAYING customer is unfathomable.You need to realize your staff did not behave like professionals. They behaved like petulant children, with one repeatedly parroting, "I understand your frustration," in a robotic tone. Such condescension is unacceptable!While I recognize the manager's eventual intervention, it does little to erase the trauma of being verbally attacked in a store that's supposed to prioritize customer service.Rest assured, I am not letting this slide. I am seriously considering legal action and will make it my mission to escalate this to the highest echelons of T-mobile. This isn't about a mere product return; this is about the integrity of a business and the basic rights of a customer.To anyone reading this: Think twice, no, think a dozen times before engaging with this particular T-mobile branch.

I came into the store to do a warranty exchange and the store was not open after 10am which is there normal business hours. This is the 2nd time this happened and there were about 10 customers waiting with me. The manager comes rushing to the door to open up and left her keys in the gate from rushing so much. I informed her later on that her keys were still in the gate and she should probably grab them. I waited to be helped and I was told that my device was not in store though I had a ready to pick up notification. Manager slams basket of devices down on the counter and says well you can look and walks away as I am trying to tell her that my device is the first one right on the top. So then she scans my ID and looks at my device and she looks at my device and tells me my device doesn’t qualify for the warranty because of a VERY minor scratch on the screen. She had a attitude from the very beginning, the store was opened late, her keys left on the door, and then was annoyed with me and denied my claim though it was very qualified. I also asked for the contact information for the district manager and she told me “do you not see all these customers in here” with a attitude and I responded well I am one of the customers. And on the walk out of the store is when I mentioned that as a manager maybe she should grab her keys that were still in the gate this entire time. I went to another location and went into the Colesville Rd and I asked the manager to inspect the device and to call and see if I could get my exchange done as I am traveling soon and the manager verified that my phone does in deed qualify for a warranty exchange and when she called to the other store and spoke to the manager the manager said she could cancel my order and put a order in because she would not complete the order at her store. The manager at Colesville Rd was able to get the order canceled and had a new warranty exchange placed for me. All T-Mobile locations have the same rules. I’ve been a customer for over 16 years! I deserve better service and also no manager should be talking with a customer in that manor. Do your job!
