TMobile customer for 10+ years. This will be my new TMobile service/sales center moving forward. Was helped by Jason, Monica and Jonathan. Monica, especially, spent an hour + with us getting all of our phones updated, protected, and transferred to the right phone/number combination. A mobile service provider that understands what customer service means. Thanks team.

Very hit and miss service here...either will get great service and detailed help, or get someone whose every answer is " You are better off checking it online". I said I already did and need more help...well apparently that is too bad because again, "you should call T-mobile to get help with that. This said by a guy who was busy texting someone during the whole time of our conversation. Useless.The manager should put up a video camera and see how much the workers slack off.

The worst T mobile store in the area!!! Should not be trusted at all!!! I traded my phone for full amount of the new iPhone I got from them and later I noticed i was getting charged extra 20$ on my account, when I asked what was it for they said for the new iPhone which the same iPhone that I was traded for 800 USD which I was just supposed to pay for tax. Then they started to say I was not eligible for full amount, but when I was trading it I was told I was eligible for it, all I had to pay was the tax as monthly payment. After 1 or 2 month I went to the store multiple times and started saying they weren’t gonna do anything about it as if I never got from them but they told me to call 611 because that is the only thing they insist me to do. After months of calling and visiting the store they are offering me 150$ credit out of 400$. They are utterly dishonest and huge disappointment! Do trust them at all !

My husband and I needed new phones. We dreaded buying them almost as much as car shopping because of the confusing sales pitches we had encountered in the past. Aaron asked what we wanted, showed us some options including discounts, and copied our files on to our new phones once we had selected them. He explained clearly and concisely how things worked. During the time we were there, other customers came in with problems or complaints. Most were resolved quickly. This is a small store with a big service ethic.

Steven ,sales person, is not an honest person. Sold me a phone, as part of Trade-in Promotion, and once I paid all the fees and taxes, purchased accessories, I come to find out - I don't qualify for that promo. Called back to this store - just to hear that he never said anything about me qualifying for the specific promo, and it's my responsibility to know all the promotional details before making a purchase. Then hang up. I thought tmobile employees are receiving some technical training and suppose to educate customers, but not this store.Trying to return this order and get the refund, but Steven would not answer the phone and assist with the issue. "Top notch" customer service. I would stop by in person to meet the manager.

My wife and I went to T-Mobile in Clovery Silver Spring to purchase two I phone 14, unfortunately one of our I phone’s battery has problems, it feels hot all the time, the sales representative Aaron not only provides the best service for us when we purchased the phones but also helps us to do warranty exchange to get a new phone for us, very passionate and patient, instead of ask us to call Apple he called for us and made things easier and smoothly, can’t said enough for this guy, T-Mobile is lucky to have an employee like him, we will refer all our relatives and friends to go there to buy new phones!!!

If you are in the area, DO NOT COME HERE. It doesn't matter if you're the two immediate stores on both sides, in the neighborhood or city. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I wanted to trade in and upgrade my iphone. This is my second time doing a trade in. The first time I traded in my iPhone, it was a iPhone xs and it was in worse condition than my current phone I want to trade in, MUCH WORSE. But they took it in. I issues asked. My current phone has very very few scratches on the side (in picture below). When I walked in yesterday, an hour before they closed, they take off my screen protector and start examining my phone. I am looking at their display phones while they are examining my iPhone and I hear them say to each other that "he has to go online". I immediately turn around confused and I see them giggling. They repeat their message just towards me this time but they cannot contain their laughter, because they obviously did not want to help me (on surveillance too, around 5:15pm). I assume it is because it is a Sunday and they are going to close in an hour, but come on, why even open the store then. Upset, but helpless, I leave. I call T-Mobile customer service and they told me an option I have is to do a deferred trade in, meaning I get my new upgraded iPhone and keep my current phone, fix it up, and send it in to tmobile via usps. I go in and ask for that service and they tell me I cannot do that because my phone doesn't pass their screening of a valid trade in iPhone. I am confused and am getting ready to leave when i asked "if my phone passed your screening, then why would I need to do a differed trade in. 1 of the 2 employees there simply goes "I'm new so I really don't know, ask my manager". That honestly was the best part of my entire experience, the honesty. I do not mind in the slightest if there are other issues beyond your control, like being new or not know exactly how to do something. But the entire time up until this gentleman said that I was looked at as a pest they wanted to get rid off. The manager then switched up and tells me her manager said she can actually do the transfer. After about 5 minutes she tells me never mind she cannot, as the "system wasn't allowing her to work on apple devices". I'm a very understanding person. I never got disrespectful with them, never raised my voice, never went against their word, they just did not want to help me. I wanted to report this to the manager but i realized customer service that poor cannot be fixed it has to be removed and replaced and I know that's not happening. I would like to be contacted about the situation by the store manager to further discuss a trade in because I still need it. But I doubt that will happen and. I'll probably end up going else where instead. Moral of story, there's an another tmobile 7 minutes up the street in white oak.

You will be treated with a wealth of customer service like no other. Everyone today was on point, amazing and well mannered. Top flight SERVICE ❤️?❤️?❤️?. T- MOBILE did very well with this hired front Line Staff. Gods LOVE is so present. To be clear it’s the Saturday Crew!!! Customer service is excelente, everyone that works there is friendly, Amean I been to others stores and they act like your bothering them and they don't help you as much as this store do.
