From Drive Up to Customer Service to help on the floor, to help in the Ulta department, everyone rock stars. Long story short, my drive up order was missing. Had to go in and shop the order with customer service. They ended up finding everything! 10/10 experience. Thank you!

OMG, the apparel section looks like a teenagers bedroom. Crap piled upon crap. Where is the store manager? I'd be looking for a new one.

Wisdoms customer service went above and beyond. I witnessed it with the customer before me. When dealing with him he was efficient, very courteous and his energy actually changed mine for the better. I absolutely think he is an asset and should be a manager.

Just bought 4 boxes of milk and 3 of them is out of expiration. I called customer service and also chat on line, No one can help me to solve the problem.

I cannot even begin to say enough things about the poor customer service at this store. Emanuel and Rhawa were beyond disappointing in their ability to manage guest services.

Neat and clean very tidy even much cleaner than Macy’s Costco Sam’s club or Walmart helpful smiley faces all around the store I stop shopping at target while ago some bad experience in NJ but now I am so pleased ?

This store is very busy, but always nice and clean. Cashiers are helpful. Shelves are well stocked. Electronics is a hit or miss. Overall I love how clean and pleasant this store is. Shout out to the workers who bring out Drive-up orders in the cold! Y’all the real MVP. ?

A wonderful man named Paolo helped me twice. He processed my returns and also happened to be at the self check out when I accidentally ripped the code off my gift card! He went above an beyond with a smile on his face! Thank you!

They force customers to use the self check out lane, line is extremely long. And only one lane open with a cashier. The cashier doesn’t help bag the items if you bring your own bags so you’re forced to stand there and cause a traffic jam while bagging all of your items. Considering giving up on Target altogether which is sad because I’ve been a longtime customer and red card holder.
