Fraudulent Bankers and Inconvenient Customer ServiceI am pregnant and traumatized from the experience I had at TD Silver Spring. I had to call 911 at the branch on my visit. The incident happened on 12/2/2023. I sent my complaint to TD on 12/16/23, and called the 1800 customer service hotline on 12/29/23 and I emailed again on 1/5/24. It's been 3 months, but no one ever email or call me back about my complaints.I have documents that I need to take out from the deposit box I have at TD, but because I’m traumatized, I cannot go there. I still have nightmares about that incident these days.TD bank called itself America's most convenient bank. In fact, it’s the most inconvenient, unprofessional bank, and its bankers are fraudulent!

I’m giving this bank 5 stars because the team here works exceptionally hard to keep customers satisfied and happy. Though TD Online banking has a tendency to suck at times, I can count on each and every team member on this team to help me resolve my banking issues.Maron & Asneketch are the two fearless leaders at this branch. They are kind, knowledgeable, and effective in resolving just about every TD banking problem.Brandon is my go-to guy for all banking needs. Whenever he does leave, I am going to miss him very much.Diana, Debra, Beza, Adriane are all excellent at their jobs. It really sucks when people take their frustration out on them, because they are diligent workers and fast and efficient learners.To every one star giver in the reviews, I challenge you to check your disposition at the door so that these people can do their jobs effectively and efficiently while being of help to you. 9 times out of 10, it’s TD online banking giving you are hard time.

I’m a beneficiary of my deceased father’s account here and they REFUSE to be of any help when it comes to settling it. Not bad enough that my father passed away but the a-holes working here also have to go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible.

This location is the good spot of silver spring downtown . Really very convenient for TD bank customers also stay open longer hours .

Not even with an inch pole would I touch this disrespectful, racial non customer having bank!Stay way if you want peace of mind when banking!PS: if you black and have a business with money in it prepare to have your funds held up by fraud coz you black and how dare you have money!

They have NO idea what they are doing, each time I went in it took 30 minutes for minor transactions. They took 20 or so to make me a money order, the same money order I got from them at the same branch they made they had to call to verify and took another 30 minutes

Really bad service , I went for a wire transfer and the guy in the little cubicle told me I had to make an appointment for a simple domestic , he just plain did not want to help .

After having an issue opening my account online, the instructions stated to call customer service or go to a branch, without any other specifications. Since I work right down the street, I made my way to the branch.Only 2 people are working during normal business hours at a huge location - 1 teller and the bank manager with a line out the door. The manager was surprisingly inconsiderate and did not seem to care about helping a brand new customer. I would suggest he seek a new form of employment that does not involve customer service - It is not at all preferred for a customer having an issue to be talked down to by someone who is supposed to be providing a service.Due to the immediate issues I had upon opening the account on top of this negative in-branch experience, I will likely be closing the account I just opened. Extremely disappointing.

Worst bank ever. They do not respect the working hours mentioned on their website or written outside their door. It has happened several times with us that we came to the bank and the door was locked. So many people were waiting outside the door and trying to call their office and no one was picking up the phone. They don't care to notify their customers if the branch is going to remain closed. If you only want to use the ATM, get an account here. Otherwise stay away.
