Excellent customer service at the bank. They are super polite and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help. I have specifically worked with Ed there - he is simply amazing and very courteous!

Added: Today they put my account under review rather than releasing the money. Mon 9/26…DO NOT USE THESE LIARS! Last week, we sold our home and deposited the check into a TD account. First, we were told they’d release 100$ that day (of 80$k) and release $150 the next day, then the rest should be released. Totally different from website declaration of next day, but ok, it’s a big check. We could’ve put it in a different bank. But they told us this lie.The next day, not only was the 150$ not there, the 100$ Was gone and a six day hold was placed. Upon calling, we were told the bank would have to verify the check. They said they’d verify the day before, but instead just put a hold and verified nothing. We asked about the lie they told us the day before. She said she’d call the issuing bank. I had already called the title company, who called their bank to verify funds while I was on the phone. TD called me back to say the process would be 24-48 hours but this should have been done already As it had been 24 hours. After 48 hours, we called again only to be told some other lie. Still sitting here Saturday with no funds THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT LIARS!

Horrible customer experience. Tellers are impolite, rude and lazy. This branch is also in dire need of implicit bias training. Had to go through 10 levels of verification just to make a withdrawal from my own accounts because the incompetent branch manager, Mike, could not properly complete a simple address change in the system. After confirming that he had updated my address in their system, I found out 2 weeks later that he in fact did not complete the change, which ended up causing me further verification issues. As a result, I have closed and transferred multiple large accounts over to a more professional bank. I was eventually told by TD's branch management that the extreme level of verification is due to the fact that they've experienced "high levels of fraud". My response to bank management: that is your issue to deal with, not for your customers to bear the brunt of.

I have never had issues with this branch but this you g man called Edward Alfaro is so rude and full of himself. He’s highly incompetent. He barely knows what to do when you have issues with your account!

Thank you to Mike who was the only one from 3 TD banks that could accurately state why someone would be denied receiving a new onsite bank card instead of saying “ we can't verify you “ without an accurate explanation. If you have a question or concern I would only trust Mike with an answer. If you choose to use TD bank I would only come to this location. I would not trust any other branch with your information. Thank you again Mike for your outstanding communication and customer service. I sincerely appreciate it.

Be very careful when banking with these people. This is the only bank in history to charge overdraft fees while there is money in your account.
