The lady at the jewelry shop was very rude to me!!! Just because I am not black!!! She should be fired. Pls check who worked at the jewelry department on August 2 at 8 pm. It is not possible to work with customers with such an attitude.

Generally I like this TJmaxx but a black male worker refused service to be and I came there at 6:45. They closed at 7. There were still people shopping.

TJ Maxx here carries very similar things to Marshalls on the other level of this mall. They always carry different things, so you'll be surprised when you visit. It's a hit or a miss for me, as I'm usually looking for gifts and sometimes can't find what I'm looking for. But I do find good deals for some items once in a while.

It's fun to shop there, but be aware of the credit card benefits they offer you when you make a purchase. I wouldn't advise getting the credit card if you don't frequently shop there due of its large annual percentage rate. Additionally, they did not provide the details of the credit card after I signed up. When I researched about it, TJ Maxx can terminate your credit card at any moment, which will lower your credit score. Before applying for a credit card, I strongly advise doing some research on it.

Not the best stocked TJ Maxx I've been to in the area, but it's a decent trip if you're not looking for something specific. They need to update the hours on their site, however; it says they open at 9:30 on weekends, but I've never seen this location open earlier than 10am.

Never buy cologne or purfume from this store. I have bought those items here yet they came broken! Only one came in tact after buying in person yet I’ve wasted over 100+ dollars at this place for empty bottles of glass. When trying to earn a refund for my items, the manager shut me down claiming they don’t sell items that come broken. The store manager clearly doesn’t favor the customers view in any way.

My son purchased perfume at this store. When his girlfriend opened the perfume in front of all of us -- the bottle was damaged and empty. We promptly tried to return the item and we were told that this could not be true. T.J. Maxx lost our family and more as customers due to this lack of honor and good customer service. I am going to make sure and tell everyone I can about this problem.

This has been my most favorite TJ Maxx I have been to in this area. Every time I enter this location I always end up walking out of here with an item I have either needed or wanted. I have found so many things in here that make my apartment feel complete. Out of all the locations this is by far the cleanest and most well organized one so far I have come across. Everything has it's place and they are plenty stocked on what they do have on the shelves. With it being so well organized it made browsing so much easier and I contribute that to the reason I have purchased so many items here. I mean I walked out with an automatic water bowl for my cat. I didn't need it, and she doesn't use it, but it was presented so well that I bought it. Customer service here is great. I have been treated with respect by the employees. The only thing that they could improve on is the amount of registers they have open at any given time.
