I have been seeing the same stylist for some time as I always get excellent service from that person. It is why I continue to go there and will follow them wherever they go. The business provides other services - call or check their website. I love that parking is free even though it is shared with other businesses in the plaza. If you can't find parking, there are spots in the back of the plaza although the entrance to this business is only in the front.

the ending style is decent but you have to guide the stylist to get there. There seems to be a general lack of knowledge about how to care for the hair under the style preformed. example not to rake through African American hair without separating into sections, to use moisturizer to lessen breakage and not to blow dry and or detangle the entire hair soaking wet without separating into sections or most importantly not to detangle with blow dryer. If you goal is length retention.. This place is good for a quick style as long as you take care of your natural hair at home before going in.

I’m giving two stars because of the location and the food options in the area.Every time I contact them I ask if they’re able to complete a style by showing them a picture and they tell me yes .. when I arrive and receive my finished product, I realize I’ve been lied to lol I’m only laughing because I remember how upset I was with each hair style.Noticed I’ve said every time. I have went to this location multiple times, trying to give them a benefit of the doubt, and every time I was disappointment .. out of respect and not wanting to cause confrontation I paid for my services and left.Sarah is polite, the owner, at least I think she is. The customer service of this business could be improved.It’s a little uncomfortable to get your hair done and people are speaking in a different language while laughing and looking at you.

Whenever I come in, I’m greeted and offered water or some snacks. They always do my hair very beautifully & I’m a timely manner. When you go ask for Iya, she’s amazing and very professional.
