I would give zero stars of possible. I am a contractor and contacted TW Perry Monday morning, calling first, then texting(they promote this as faster way to communicate), then called 2 more times Monday, NO ANSWER at all. Repeat the same thing Tuesday, NO RESPONSE! Just now they respond, very briefly, no apology, no how can I help, just stating, no we don’t have it, its special order (I asked for IPE). Now as a contractor, would I want to work with a vendor who 1) isn’t timely?, 2) doesn’t respond?, 3) takes 48 hours to respond?, 4) doesn’t apologize?, 5) doesn’t want to earn and keep my business?This place has gone completely downhill, the beginning of the end was when Jennifer Nugent left, then TW Perry was acquired. You have lost your bearings and it’s extremely sad to see as a local, and local contractor. Silver Spring location is by far the worse. At least Springfield location picks up their customers phone calls. Will never purchase from you ever again, on principle. You can’t treat customers like trash, take us for granted, and still take our money/business.

The truth is that I have never been treated with so much arrogance, I feel bad that they hit the employees so that you treat them well, I always pass by you, but Elde Silver Spring is a very bad-looking Hispanic woman and that I have a company for which work has an account, we are always a client. But with that bad attitude of the employees, it's bad, she's just a Hispanic woman.

The people at this store DO NOT want to help you. I wanted a key made so I visited. There were three people at the counter; 2 were helping customers. The 3rd person stood there without even acknowledging that I was there - he was standing there on his phone. When I tried to get his attention, he looked up from the phone, copped a total attitude with me and said "he was helping another customer". I walked away and found someone else to help. Then, as I was waiting in line (again, 2 people had customers, the same man was standing behind the counter not helping anyone), I would have thought that it would have been great customer service to ask if I needed help. NOPE.

We needed cedar 2x4s. We were able to text with a sales person and place an order. Paid on the prepared invoice when we arrived. So easy. They deliver too if you need that.

Avoid at all costs!! Over a year into our struggle to get a simple job done. Multiple errors, indifferent customer service, poor quality, ridiculously overpriced. Do not be a sucker!! We are :/

It's like a mini home depot, except the employees actually know what they're talking about. I wish I had known about this place sooner, if I had I wouldn't have wasted my time and money on corporate places like Lowes or home depot.The employees here are friendly, and super helpful. The store area is well kept and easy to navigate. Also, they have a show room upstairs and it's gorgeous. 10/10 would totally recommend.They also have a lumbar yard outside. A young man named Mike helped me, and he even loaded it into my truck bed for me!Thanks TWPerry, you've exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to come back when I have another project!

IS very good.I think that it would be good if they have more variety in electrical supply. Ace Hardware supplied it, but this store closed its doors in that area.
