Multiple bad experiences led me to write this review. There were several occasions when I felt like I am being followed as soon as I stepped into the store. That made me really uncomfortable. Secondly, they don't have enough testers. Thirdly, some employees are very rude. Fourthly, once something goes out of stock, they hardly come back! There were over five times when I stepped into the store with the intention of buying something but every time they were out of stock! And, I wanted to place a pick up order and it said "out of stock". When I went to the store, it was in stock!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!

This morning was my last time I’m going to go to this location. From items constantly being disheveled and all over the place, to lack of tester products, to lack of tester equipment, lack of products in stock… this store is terribly managed. I was at the register and brought up concerns to the cashier (very sweet and tried to respond to my concerns) but then a very rude woman interrupted and said “not everything supposed to have testers” while walking away. It was so unnecessary and rude especially as the cashier was already doing a great job talking to me about it.All in all this location is a mess in every aspects. I wouldn’t not recommend as even if you know exactly what you need and don’t need assistance, it’s unlikely it’s stock or that you’ll be able to find it.

My recent experience with Ulta’s buy online, pick up in-store service left me extremely dissatisfied. I want to start by acknowledging the helpfulness of the girl at the checkout counter, who did her best to assist me. However, several other aspects of my experience with this store were deeply disappointing.Firstly, my order was missing items. This was frustrating as I had already made the purchase online and expected all items to be readily available for pickup. The missing items added an unnecessary inconvenience to my shopping experience.What truly soured my experience was the phone call I made to voice my concerns about the missing items. I encountered a very rude person on the other end of the line. Their dismissive and unhelpful attitude was completely unwarranted and made me question whether I’d ever want to step foot in that store again.Additionally, I found Ulta’s fragrance display at this location to be quite inconvenient. While I understand the need to prevent shoplifting, the fact that all fragrances were hidden behind glass with no testers took away from the shopping experience for paying customers. It’s important for customers to be able to sample fragrances before making a purchase decision.The terrible customer service experience encountered at this store made me appreciate Sephora that much more.

This location racially profiles you as a Black person, the moment you step in the door. I got followed around the entire time. Don't assume I'd steal. I'll never be back and ended up spending my hard earned money at another establishment that treats me fairly.

Stopped in a few days ago to find a new fragrance, and was helped by two exceptional staff members, Sarah and Alexis.They both were very knowledgeable and helpful, and took the time to help me sample a few colognes. I ultimately decided to go with Valentino and received a lot of compliments on my new fragrance at an event the same night.I’ll be back soon! :)

A vast, well-lit store with every cosmetic, lotion, shampoo, etc. you could wish for. Great place for gifts.

I’m starting to not like this Ulta at all!!! The service is veryyyy slow and rude. Always empty, barely restocks. It’s so annoying because they’re a close location to me but the WORST.

Ulta store chains are nice generally speaking. The ultra I frequent is located in silver Spring and it's nice there. Ulta also offers in store card membership. If you build up points you can get major discounts.

Don't ever order same delivery , they gave me the run around and cancelled my order told door dash they can reattempt deliver and the person got there and they said they cancelled my order and said they wouldn't give it to the door dash person who was already there after they told them they would and said all I could do is place a new order so they can mess up my order again. Customer service was horrible. And I actually needed these items before leaving town. This whole experience has turned me off to Ulta. Sephora would never do their customers like this. Thanks for 0 help Sarah and giving me a headache.oh and after they told me to go online and redo my order they blocked me from being able to reorder at my home address. Its okay I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint on every last person I spoke to ?. Ulta Beauty will never get another dollar from me

Would you believe the best customer service I have ever gotten was from the woman working security? This lady literally walked me through the store telling me the ins and outs of all the things I needed. She gave really great recommendations and seemed very genuine!She even ran to the back to get anything I didn’t see that was in stock and overall made my experience very pleasant. Initially, I thought “oh she’s just trying to upsell to get a bonus” but I had to remember she was working in security. She literally was just looking out for another sista! A great way to end Black History Month imo!❤️ I can’t thank her enough! I needed her that night because I went on to doll up tons of faces with those great products and had to go back for more setting spray and what nots and she guess who was there again to help! I’m mad I forgot to get her name but she’s a God send!!!!!

I typically like Ulta and quite a lot but I found the staff at this location rude, I had an in-store pick up and I came early asking if I could just pick it since it’s just one item, and the lady at the counter just kept insisting that “that’s not how it works”, not sure about other retailers but with such a small order there typically is no problem! I could pick it and you can just confirm it! It’s one item!! Instead she has me waiting for the worker to pick it through the rest of the orders she has. There’s a reason it’s called customer service…

Overall great selection of products but does not have everything. Prices are a little above average but the app does help with many cost saving offers and coupons
