I have been a long time customer and usually have regular experiences here. Recently I’ve had two negative interactions with employees which make me hesitant to come back. Two times I’ve been accused of ‘stealing’ or ‘walking out without paying’ and both times the accuser was wrong.The security and employees are rude, unwelcoming, and ignorant, and to top it off didn’t offer a proper apology to me.

The people who work here are very disgusting. I find myself in this place and I kindly told a Hispanic lady with glasses with a permit why I wanted to come in and she answered me, horrible and very upset. It's very bad here, you come to buy with patience and they treat you badly. To one, especially Hispanic women, they should leave their problems at home and if they don't want to work, then quit, but don't come and ruin your shopping day.

I went into unique to look at watches. They had quite a few in the case and several that I was interested in purchasing. I waited patiently for the attendant to be done with her customer before she came over to help me. Rather than attend me attentively like she did her previous customer, she would get a watch out of the case, give it to me then close the case and go take care of a customer at the register before coming back. I had wanted to buy several but she wouldn't let me tell her that I wanted to save them. I ended up telling her I would take one and she said "finally" as though I had not waited patiently for her to help me and as though I had not waited patiently between each of the watches she showed me for her to come back. I ended up with one white Baby-G but would have bought three or four more if she had let me and if the service hadn't put me off. I will give it another chance but I'm not optimistic.

The biggest thrift ever! Lots of items, well organized. Plaza has parking to handle lots of customers, restaurants, thrift store worth checking out.

The bathrooms are disgusting. One toilet was piled with waste and all the other restrooms were out of order. Hopefully the employees have a working restroom at the very least.

You sell very expensive things as if they were new, and the people are also rude.
Remember that these are used things, rather they are profiting and raising the price too much as if they were new. That's why it's called used clothing, it's better to go to Marshall or Tjmax

I love this thrift store, first I have an Xbox 360 so I don’t have that much games for it so I asked my dad if I could go here and he said yes and I found so much 360 games but they were all 5.00 sadly but I picked up 4 games and 2 ds games ?

Prices are extremely high! Better go to T.J.MAXX, Marshals, Ross, and new! ….etc
The prices are very expensive! There are better prices at Marshall, T.J.Maxx, Ross, etc… and new ones!

I absolutely LOVE this thrift store! I'm here almost every day and there is always a plethora of high end purses, clothing, shoes, accessories, and 5000000 much more!! Extremely kind staff, always willing to help when needed. I always feel welcome, and treated with a great deal of respect. The staff at the donation center is 100% on top of their game! The staff will unload your car for you, there is never a wait, careful with breakables, and make the experience very pleasant all around. I would highly recommend this thrift to anyone! Thanks very much all, !!!!!!!
