BEWARE! dropped mail inside and lost...no accountability taken, have been told by a nearby business that many customers have filed complaints of fraud with this Leisure World location....disappointing!

Never has stamps! Mail always lost and now had cash and gift cards removed before the cards reached destination! I’d been warned not to drop in mailbox in front but now appears going inside isn’t safe either! SAD

They are very knowledgeable and efficient, but one of the staff members is very rude and short with customers. That’s an unfortunate trait in someone that deals directly with customers.

I went in today to make a drop off. I usually get a print out to ensure I have made the drop off. I was told by an employee they are the only ones that don't print out a confirmation. ODD but all post offices should run the same.

The woman who runs this is rude and just randomly closes the Post Office whenever she feels like it, to eat lunch, She was quite nasty to me and I told her I would report her to the higher ups. She shut up then.

This place is great, open later than most. Their temporary Saturday closing time is 4:30pm just to let everything know during this pandemic thing.

Worst I have ever been treated from a postal employee. Manager at this location who gave me the name of Jenny should not be employed here based on how she treats the business and her customers. This post office is one of the few post offices in the area that closes at 5pm on Saturdays. Due to this, many people go out of their way to get mail out from this location. I drove 35minutes and arrived at location at 4:30pm only to find a group of about 6-7 other frustrated and some angry customers gathered around the front door which was locked. All were complaining that they were standing out there since 4pm and that there was a lady inside who would not open the door. The lady inside who happened to be the manager put a sign on the door an hour before closing that said gone to lunch come back Monday. So she illegally closed the post office an hour early so that she could eat!!?? are you serious? I run an online business and had a prepaid package that needed to be scanned by today in order for it to not be late and for me to get paid. I waited outside the door with the others until 5pm and the employees inside continued to ignore us while they slowly moved around on the inside. There was a postal box out front which I was avoiding because the last time I dropped my package in there, it arrived at destination 2weeks late and post office failed to scan. I read the postal box which said collection times on Saturdays from the box were 5pm and since it was 5pm and I had no other choice, I left the package in the box. I was worried that it would not get picked up/scanned at 5pm as stated though so I went around the back of the post office and found the back door open so I said "hellooo anyone here?" The very very rude manager came out (an older asian female) and I tried to ask her if the postal box out front would be collected as stated. In a very rude manner, she told me to step away from her back door or she would call the cops. I asked her why she closed her doors an hour early while many elderly customers sat in heat out front desperately needing to get their packages out. She yelled at me that she put a sign up and that she needs to eat lunch. She would not let me talk at all. She kept yelling on top of me and telling me to leave. I told her I had been there since 4:30pm and she said she needed 15minutes to eat her lunch (half hour before closing time) Keep in mind, she was not even eating her lunch when I approached the back door..it was just a way to avoid customer and close an hour early for the day. I asked her if she could just scan my prepaid envelope since I was there sine 4:30 and she told me flat out NO and that her system was off for the day. What she did not know is that I used to be a postal employee and I am quite aware that both her and the mail carrier standing next to her doing nothing the entire time we talked have access to the handheld scanners which can be turned on in less than a minute to scan any package. She then grabbed a phone and called the cops and told them that I would not leave the back door and they said they were on their way. I asked her for her name-she said Jenny and Im not telling you my last name. I asked her again if someone would collect the mail from the postal box out front as it stated right there on the box..she said NO. I asked her for my package back from the box as it was something important. She said NO and slammed the door in my face. The entire time every time I tried to have a normal conversation with her she would cut me off with attitude. Basically Jenny here...if thats her real name..did not feel like working till 5pm on this day because she was tired and understaffed. So she had it in her to argue with a customer and call the cops but she could not take one minute to scan a prepaid package ready to go and be nice. She had 0 customer service skills and I am quite surprised she has a job if this is how she treats her customers.
