The gentlemen Ketan was very professional, kind, helpful. He had lots of customers in the store and he helped each one without rushing anyone. His store was very clean and he did not rush you but yet he did not lose time either. We were very appreciative to have his service.

This is the best place! A FedEx store entirely ruined my wedding programs a week before my wedding (aaaaghh!) and the staff at this store was incredible. Not only did they take their time and make sure that everything was just right, they showed me the photocopied version vs. the printed version and ensured that I picked the better option (printed). They even programmed the printer for the linen paper I had brought with me, so the programs came out looking gorgeous. They are patient and helpful and I highly highly recommend this store for all of your printing/copying/shipping needs.

What an awesome experience I had here today! I had a few items to ship back to a store that does not offer free returns. I packed the items myself, not realizing that the big box I packed them in was going to cost a lot of money. Instead of just completing the transaction and sending me on my way, the very kind employee who was assisting me, Ketan, helped me to unpack the entire box, and then neatly repacked it in a smaller bag that ended up costing half the price. The store was pretty busy when I arrived, and I really appreciate that he still took the extra time to help me. Ketan is always super friendly and helpful as well! We appreciate his smile and greeting every time we walk in. I highly recommend this UPS store!
