Can to the store at 4pm and it was closed. The sign on the glass states it's open until 7pm. There was no sign on the door that anyone had stepped out or that they were gone for lunch. I came here because I wanted to drop off a package before I went back to work.

Best service ever at a UPS store today. Representative Justin was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He went out of way to make sure everything got done in a timely and orderly way!

i dont know what those 1 star reviews or that jew is talking about. this place is awesome. shout out laurence. he handles everything to a tee. Becca is awesome too. I think the other guy is named justin? cool people. keep coming. 50,000 stars if possible google. do better.

Early morning, not enough personnel. Waited 40min while one employee had to help 4 customers at once: printing, FIOS return, drop off, and creating a shipment for another customer. Employee did what he could, but a 2nd employee would've cut my in-store time down significantly.

Absolutely appreciate the helpful service and the people who work here. I had a package which needed a signature delivered to my address when I wasn't home, which ended up being delivered here. I came to pick it up after the store the closed but there was a store clerk still working late, who let me in and was able to get me my package. It was overall a great experience.

My husband and I went in yesterday to pick up and then mail two different print jobs that he'd sent in the day before. Both Imani and Daniel went above and beyond with their assistance/service and they were great to chit chat with! They found the print jobs quickly and they were great with helping us mail everything to the 3 different addresses the docs needed to be sent to. 10/10 would totally go here again!

The two young people behind the counter we're both nasty and I would not give this store my business. I notified UPS about it I know. The store should come under review for customer service. I would not trust leaving a package there

This is the closest UPS location to my home, I’ve come here a handful of times and it has always been a fast pleasant experience. Today D’Angelo helped me out and he was quick, efficient and friendly. It’s nice to know that there are still businesses and folks that give great service. Thanks a bunch

I've been coming to this UPS store for many years, used to live behind the shopping center and every time I come in here it's new people and it's always a ridiculous line no matter what time I come in here. This is ridiculous and I know the owner and he hasn't been here and over a few years and it's just always ridiculous. I don't understand why every time I walk in here it's something never have a quick service like it's used to.

ADDRESS UPDATE Address on Yelp is not correct! Here's the address: 13807 Outlet Dr Silver Spring, MD 20904 It's in the Briggs Cheney Shopping Center (there's a Ross, McDonalds, Dollar Tree, and Global foods in the same complex).

Just left this location to drop off an Amazon return and needed to print a label. They have a new system that's a total robbery. You swipe the card before printing and in my case after swiping and trying to login to my Gmail my email wasn't loading and had an associate come over to fix the issue but the timer never stopped. I was charged over $4 for the computer use and over $1 for two black and white pages. The associate, Daniel, said they couldn't do anything cause it's automated. New printing system is a scam. So not happy ??
