Store employees not helpful at all, it seems very miserable charging 5 dollars to print a small piece of paper when not having it printed out before hand and going to a store that’s literal purpose to ship stuff out. Employees excuse was “if there is 100 people a day that’s 100 printed papers and walking to a printer” (that’s right there)😭 hilarious. Make sure to print your label guys. Even asking them to tape my package felt like it was too much to ask.

Love this place it’s conveniently close and people are so welcoming. I go there to return my online purchases (very often) no need to pack the items they’ll do it for you, Junior is so kind he is always there to help!

Excellent service, I have years going to this same place, and they always attend me with much kindness, and even though I sometimes return around 10 Amazon packages, they never have any problem, and they attend me responsibly, and they always help with me with all I need. ? recommend ?

I've been going here for a number years and drive 20+ minutes to get to this location because the customer service was worth it. Today was the first day that I felt like the customer service was really lacking and has me reconsidering driving all this way.
I walked into the store and no one greeted me which would have been ok had the people who came in after me not been greeted as well. Somehow the young woman who worked there was now able to say hello to customers. I'm not interested in spending money at a place that treats me less than anyone else. At this point I doubt very much that I will return.
