Thank you So Much Mr. AJ Okoya!!!! You showed us the utmost attention~You made us feel that you really cared about us as customers. You took time to explain every aspect of the phone to us. We arrived one morning and you saw us outside. When we approached the door, you came over and let us know that you all were finishing surveying the inside. You did not let us stand there wondering what was happening. No matter how small, you answered all of our question in such a calm and pleasant tone. Not only did you show us respect, but the way that you took care of VERIZON'S property meant so much. We were very Thankful for you being such a caring gentleman!!!! Verizon, Thank You for having such caring employees! For having Mr.AJ Okoya as one of your employees!!!!

I have pretty consistently had poor experiences with Verizon. In fact, I almost switched providers altogether because I was tired of jumping through hoops just to get service or pay my bills.
So, wait, why the five star review?
Because THIS place in particular is the reason I stayed with Verizon. Devan Miles, the sales rep that assisted us, single-handedly kept me, my mother, my wife, and my daughter all on Verizon plans by going above-and-beyond for us. He helped us with getting all-new phones of course, but he also went out of his way to help with everything else we needed--he offered to work with us on his days off, helped us setup our fios, assisted us with getting discounts, and helped get on the phone with Verizon customer service not once, not twice, but five separate times to get us squared away.
Did Verizon the company mess up? Oh 100%. They couldn't get the plan right, they couldn't get the bill right, and they couldn't get the discounts right. But I never had to worry about any of that, because Devan fought with them for several days & a good number of hours on the phone to get it right, and I never had to stress about it at all.
If you want good customer service, go here and ask for him. Even though a lot of what he did for us was not part of his job and technically unpaid work, he still did it to make sure we were happy in the end. I would happily buy from him again.

Steven was such a huge help! I’m used to spending hours at the phone store, but he had me in and out with a perfectly working phone in ten minutes.

Arrogant employees in the Rockville store keep me closer to home and the Colesville Verizon location. The employees there are just a tad better, still a bit more 'holier than thou' making the customer feel insecure. Prices for service and monthly upkeep were too high for me so I has to switch back to my former carrier.

Went to this location to activate a new phone. The white, middle-aged, tall employee had such a hostile, condescending tone, towards us. My husband nor I wanted to deal with him! His behavior actually had me thinking of changing carriers!
We will NEVER set foot in that store again and cannot recommend it to anyone. I urge potential and existing customers to go to the Bethesda or College Park location instead. It's a 360 degree difference!

The service I received in this store has been beyond excellent. I was helped by Jason Gold. He had gone above and beyond to ensure I had all my questions answered, explained everything in great detail and even made the best suggestions so I can get the best out of my family plan (Not upselling but most bang for your buck). There was days he stayed later to ensure all of our needs were met. Jason gave my family his direct number so we can easily reach out to him and has answered every call to address any questions and even went as far as doing a follow up call to ensure all the services were working properly. He is an absolute gem of a representative for Verizon. 5+ Stars.

All advertised prices are only for Verizon customers. So it can be misleading.

Whenever I go here, I get service right away! Really appreciate the promptness. It can be confusing to get to with a GPS, but it’s right next to the Pizza Hut.
