The service I received in this store has been beyond excellent. I was helped by Jason Gold. He had gone above and beyond to ensure I had all my questions answered, explained everything in great detail and even made the best suggestions so I can get the best out of my family plan (Not upselling but most bang for your buck). There was days he stayed later to ensure all of our needs were met. Jason gave my family his direct number so we can easily reach out to him and has answered every call to address any questions and even went as far as doing a follow up call to ensure all the services were working properly. He is an absolute gem of a representative for Verizon. 5+ Stars.

Whenever I go here, I get service right away! Really appreciate the promptness. It can be confusing to get to with a GPS, but it’s right next to the Pizza Hut.

My husband and I traded in two phones today. We were helped by Joshua who was just amazing. His approach was not pushy and he was so skilled at explaining things that were confusing to us. He helped us from A-to-Z to buy our new phones and all the Accessories. He spent time discussing options with us so that we felt very comfortable with our final decisions. He was thorough and professional. We came from DC to the store because I have had such good service at it before. I have taken my mom to buy two phones, and I bought one phone myself in the past.

I went to this location yesterday and Jason assisted me. Jason was efficient and although they were short staffed he was patient. He also followed up with me today to make sure that my new phone was working. Definitely 5 ⭐️ service!

I traded my old iPhone 13 for brand new iPhone 14 for basically free. All I paid for was the case and activation fee added to bill.Jason made it super easy I honestly didn’t have to do anything but come to the store while he did everything.5 stars

I went to this store on July 13, 2023 with a friend and purchased two phones: iPhone 14 Pro (offered a deal of $700 discount if i swap my old phone) and iPhone 13 (paid in full at the time). I was charged for services I was not supposed to be. The promotion is not the problem of this store. It’s the other store where I trade in the device. The $700 promotion I got from this store is correct and valid. The Trad-In has been resolved. Thank you!

My husband and I bought our phones within the last two months.I was disappointed with mine as it didn’t download too often and NEVER recognizes my face so I am punching in the code over and over again. I was also unhappy because Apple IPhone changed its port sizes and they are not compatible with any charge cords I had. It also does not plug into any of my ports in my relatively new car.When I went in with questions and also complained that the salesman who sold it to me didn’t tell me that face recognition didn’t work and about these other problems.The young man who waited on me (after I waited for 40 min) was extremely disrespectful. When I I told him that I was disappointed in the 13 he said, “I Hate the Apple IPhone!”. I said, but you sell Apple IPhones! He said, “yes I do.”When I said, “the face recognition doesn’t work.”. He said, “it never works! If you have any change like glasses or change your hairstyle it won’t work.He also told me this phone has had a lot of problems with downloading and that I there was nothing he could do to help me. The cords and ports were the future and I would have to just deal. He said they had no adaptors. Mostly he looked at me the entire time with an unflinching face that said F you. It’s a very effective way to get rid of a customer who already gave you the money and was disposable.

They mislead you with the wrong information always pushing to call customer service instead of handling the problem themselves. Spoke to a couple different employees and they each said something different. None of them could give a straight forward answer as to why. Here’s an example I purchased a SIM card but I called customer service before and they said that it would be free. When I get to the location they said that I still needed to purchase the item and to speak to customer service they’ll handle the refund to my account. However, they knew that you couldn’t refund an activated SIM card and that only certain stores offered free of charge SIM cards. They didn’t bother telling me any of this and ended up paying them for no reason if I could’ve gotten it free at another location that was part of corporate. If they do this imagine how much they make off to the side with holding these small bits of information. This location off of New Hampshire Ave only looking to rob you clean.P.S the SIM card was acting up so probably have to get another one since they couldn’t even fix my original problem.

I went to this location based on the reviews and they were swift and professional. This was my smoothest phone upgrade to date. Nicholas was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the options available.
