Unreal. Prescription called in first thing Thursday morning. Used app to order same day delivery, even adding a tip for the courier. Nothing arrived. Called Friday morning, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, finally got someone in the pharmacy to answer and say, "I'm not sure what happened there. Do you still want it?" She said she would get it out for same day delivery right away. At 3pm, the app still showed "waiting for courier" and I received an email from FedEx saying it would arrive Saturday?! I've been on the phone on hold for 90 minutes now to figure out if I can just come pick it up. No one will answer. I just need my meds.

My visit was really great, the pharmacy employees did not look frustrated like other pharmacies I have visited in the past. My pickup was quick and fast that was a great thing if you ever picked up a prescription lol!

I've lived up the street from this Walgreens since July 2014 when it was a Riteaid and have gone into this pharmacy about twice a month and the store much more for ten years. I will NEVER go back. I have been out of the country and my mom who is 90 picked up my prescriptions. I've had the pharmacist Tatiana a few times. She has a really distinctive accent and is a bit gruff in an enduring way. I spoke with her on the phone and she said the 'scripts my mom got were a mistake and to come and they would return it. I also had another prescription that was a little over due and they told me they'd hold it for a day. I waited in line for about 20 mins and they had not held the other prescription. I then went to another window where Tatiana was in a really bad mood. She's waited on me a millions times before and I've never had a problem with her. I let her know that the medication was 10mg and I hadn't taken 5mg for over a year and a half. It was also the generic which made me very confused because they had not explained it was the same medication when filling it. I have stomach problems and my doctor would NOT have done this. It's actually a pretty big thing for me. They had also filled my regular non-generic 10mg medication and then the generic AGAIN for 10 mg which gave me a total of NINE bottles of the same medication. She started off that it was not their fault, that is was my doctor's fault, even before she looked at the computer. I said I didn't think so because I hadn't been on the 5mg for a year and a half and hadn't seen my endocrinologist since October. I told her it was the end of a long day for everyone and could she just look up the "script and return my money. She kept escalating the situation and I kept asking her to do her job and de-escalate the situation. Yes I used that "exact language." I kept asking her to DO HER JOB and de-escalate the situation. She then bizarrely asked if I had a gun and was going to shoot her! WHAT? I didn't even have a purse just my phone and some car keys. It's summer. No lady where do you think I'm hiding it? She then refused to look up the medication or let me return the medication and kept telling me she could not do so with out a receipt which she had told me was ok just YESTERDAY. UNBELIEVABLE. Cursed her out and am NOT sorry. Went to speak to the manager. I think they KNOW there is a problem with these people. I'm 48 and this is the SECOND time in my life I've asked to speak to a manager. I've lived in all kinds of three ring circuses all over the world including DC so I'm pretty patient and also do customer service for disabled people all day so understand the frustration. Like I said this isn't the greatest location but I've dealt with it for 10 years without complaining. But if I ever spoke to a patron the way this woman spoke to me I would be FIRED. I had just had a really nice day and was with friends for a lovey terrace dinner and then on the way home walked into that. Now I have a headache. The pharmacy should make you feel better not worse. BIG FAT PASS. Walgreens is going bankrupt. Wonder what the problem is. Not the biggest Amazon fan but OK if you insist.

This pharmacy has been doing better than before. Everyone's very nice, and they usually try to have 2 people at the checkout section. The pharmacy was very nice and got me and my father's medicine very quickly. Again, the reviews that are negative are almost from a year ago, or they are a year old, so I wouldn't pay much attention to them. They could do a better job with the trash outside and make sure there's no line or hold up at the checkout area

I don’t know why this store got such poor reviews. The pharmacy staff were very helpful. My medication was not in stock since I requested a 90 day supply and they ordered it for me. Will be back to pick it up soon.

I got to the pharmacy at 1:30 and maybe 30 seconds. There were 2 people working helping 2 other customers as I walked up to the counter, I was the 3rd there. Both of the people behind the counter said thar their lunch break started 1:30 and they would not help me. Walgreens recently closed their location closest to my house and it was the first and last time I will ever go to this location. It's about a 5 mile drive from my house. Before I left I spoke to the store manager who said he couldn't help me either. I drove to another pharmacy and arrangerd to have all my perscriptions transferred. I will try to NEVER set foot in a Walgreens again.

Needed two simple things, one of which was some Claritin. For no apparent reason it's the only allergy medicine they lock up. Waited 5 minutes in line at the pharmacy and was told I needed to go to the front of the store away from where the medicines were to find a cashier to unlock it for me. Useless pharmacy and useless store. I left and headed to CVS.

I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I asked a pharmacist, who happened to be an African gentleman with short dreadlocks, about the safety of a medication for breastfeeding mothers, and he is so rude and said I am giving him a hard time.I believe it’s important for pharmacists to provide guidance on medication safety and it’s part of their job. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I can't believe the way they speak to people here. It blows my mind how bad it is. How these people stay in the business I have no idea. For anyone wanting to get medicine here don't do it.
