I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I asked a pharmacist, who happened to be an African gentleman with short dreadlocks, about the safety of a medication for breastfeeding mothers, and he is so rude and said I am giving him a hard time.I believe it’s important for pharmacists to provide guidance on medication safety and it’s part of their job. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I can't believe the way they speak to people here. It blows my mind how bad it is. How these people stay in the business I have no idea. For anyone wanting to get medicine here don't do it.

This Walgreens pharmacy called us minutes before our vaccination appointment to let us know they didn't have the vaccine. We'd already driven almost half an hour to this Walgreens location for the appointment, so I just wasted almost an hour driving back and forth, with nothing to show for it. I also tried calling multiple times the day before to ask if they would have enough vaccines available--as suggested by a pharmacist at the other Walgreens we'd scheduled an appointment at first--but they never picked up after I sat around on hold each time.At least the other Walgreens gave us the courtesy of letting us know hours before our scheduled appointment that they'd run out of the vaccine.

This Walgreens was run very well a year ago. I still generally like most of the staff. However, it's clearly being mismanaged by corporate -- there simply are not enough pharmacy staff. For months, every prescription has been filled late. I have not been able to pick up a single prescription without making multiple calls to the store. Each call can take upwards of 30 minutes. Oftentimes, the store will leave you on hold for 30 minutes, and hang up on you when it's your turn in queue. The hold music is very annoying, too.

This Walgreen is the worst every. The pharmacy staff are total rude and disrespect. They yell at you. Mess up on your medication. Don't have your prescription right. I can go on. Just don't go there. If you do Tatiana is the only pharmacy person who cares and knows what she doing. Every one else need to be fired.

The old lady who is phamacist today Wednsday 8/16. She shouldn't be working here or in any phamacy store. She gave me a hard time and unclear with just asking which medicine I should take for my coughing. And when I try to get back to ask again. She was piss and didn't want to answer.

Don’t even bother to go there. Machines that doesn’t work, photo station with out paper and passport photo at 17$ its a joke of a place.

Pro: big parking lot. Con: bad pharmacy service. This review is based on the Walgreens pharmacy. Wow, I really didn't want this to be my 100th yelp review but what I just experience by this pharmacy made me so mad that I just had to write. So, I went to an urgent care today to get my eye injury treated and the doctor ask me which pharmacy she should send my med to and my past experience when this store was a rite aid before they transition to Walgreens was good so I was like send my meds here. Later on when I was at home I received a text from Walgreens saying that the med prescribed wasn't in stock and that they needed to order more. Later on at night I was thinking that since I have to leave town tomorrow for a few days that I should transfer my prescription to another pharmacy to see if they would have that medication. I tried calling Walgreens Pharmacy and was place on hold for FREAKING 50 minutes. I got so mad that I drove to the Walgreens to talk to them in person and to see how busy they were. Upon arriving I saw that there was only 2 staff working which would be a pharmacist & a pharmacy technician with only two customer in line. In my head I thought ok maybe they were just understaff tonight so I came up to the counter and politely ask to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacy tech went above and beyond to me by rechecking the supply in the back and by some miracle they had the med. I would like to give this pharmacy tech a kudos by she wasn't wearing name tag but she was white, had curly hair, and wore a light blue scrub top. Walgreens system might be having a glitch because not only did it say the my med was out is stock but two other customer in line were mad because they got a call saying their med was ready today but it wasn't. All in all, Walgreens get your act together! and for next time I for sure will not be sending my medication here for pick up.

Absolutely poor customer service! I guess they just hire lots of careless people who really don't understand what customer service even means.They really don't deserve your business if they don't respect you. There is a reason why it is poorly rated. Go to the other Walgreens or CVS!Let me ask you (readers of this review) two simple questions:1. Assume you just got to Walgreens to buy a charger. When you look on the shelf, it is locked. So you walk over and ask some, "can you please unlock something for me here? It is this USB-C charger."The answer from the person you asked (customer service), says "Hold Down!." You waited for few minutes for the same person and he/she would keep ignoring you. Then you patiently walk away and ask a other customer service person. You ask, " Hey can please unlock this charger for me?" And he answers, "I don't have a key." 'So you can't help me?", you ask. And he answers "No! I don't have a key." And he walks away. imagine!

Came in on a Monday at 9:15am for a passport photo after visiting another Walgreens location that was having difficulty with their camera. It wasn't busy but there were a few people in the store, so I had to wait about 5 minutes for my photo but the store employee was very professional. She worked quickly and diligently and printed my photo and had me out the door within 10 minutes.

Pharmacy “manager” deleted my refill request and then called my doctor to lie and say I was intoxicated. She is a lying, rude, nasty, unethical person on a power trip. She needs to be fired. She has no business being in control of the pharmacy and absolutely no authority to call doctors and make false accusations.Luckily my doctor sent my refill requests to another pharmacy that know how to treat customers.You are NOT someone of power. You are simply a pill counter that has no other skills other than being a liar and a disgrace to the Walgreens brand.REPLACE THE “MANAGER”!

The Pharmacy "Manager" is sneaky, rude, deletes prescription requests that were sent in, a liar and overall has zero customer service. She does not listen to customers, she has absolutely no idea what she's talking about. She also contact my doctor and lied to them saying I came in there intoxicated. She thought that was going to get me in trouble with my rehabilitation center but she failed. She refused to give me the medication that was prescribed to me by my rehab center, which is how she knew to call them and make up a lie that I came in they're intoxicated. Shame on you! My doctor sent in the prescription on December 22. I received a phone call and a text message that the prescription was delayed. When I called this morning to see if it was still delayed all she wanted to do was go back-and-forth with me about how many days my prescription was for. my prescription was for 15 days (today was the 15th day) and she kept telling me that it was for 60 days. They quality was 60 at 4 pills a day. That's a 15 day supply. She wouldn't stop over speaking me on the phone and then she just hung up the phone. Then when I go there I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and she with her same nasty attitude said that's me and pointed to her backwards name tag. She still didn't want to provide any customer service and said "oh look I can show you your profile you have no pending prescriptions". She deleted it. The voicemail is in the photo of the delayed medication I inquired about. She is the same way to all customers. All the negative reviews about this pharmacy on google are because of her. She has no business handling the public's medications or have access to call prescribers to LIE one patients. She should be removed from her position promptly! One day she might refuse someone medications that could result in a death due to her unethical behavior, lack of customer service and education on her duty as a pharmacist.

Terrible pharmacy. Today is 12/11/22 1030am. The pharmacist working is ridiculous. I am a physician and tried to talk to a pharmacist, but the pharmacist refused to talk to me and told me I could only leave a voicemail. As a physician I should be able to have a discussion about a patient with the pharmacist.

Everytime I call it’s 30+min of being on hold just to get hung up on after 30min of hold music. Then I call again and same thing! I don’t mind holding if they’re busy but why hang up on someone who’s been on hold for so long several times!! I need to spend over an hour just to get through to them after calling 3 times

The pharmacist here is very argumentative. I changed all of me and my families prescriptions because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was in the store and watched them not pick up, this was the last straw. I moved to a local independent pharmacy. When I noticed that she was not trustworthy (gave me wrong the medication). Additionally, this pharmacy doesn’t answer calls. My doctor says the he advises anther pharmacist because they are not responsive.
