Went to get the lottery, and due to a language barrier (I don't speak Spanish), I requested the card to fill out. I finally asked for paper & pencil. Wrote what I wanted. Given the wrong tickets ( 3 individual & 5 duplicatess). I asked for them to be corrected. She canceled the duplicates, refused to cancel/correct the others. THEN SHE TOLD ME TO USE THE CARDS. Even though we had JUST discussed it.
I got a scratch-off and when I went back to the counter, she vanished for about 5 minutes.
We live in a multicultural world. Those coming in should not treat the previous residents as unwelcomed uninvited nuisances.

Just now When did Western Union become big Brother? When did Western Union become big brother? Tried to wire money to a friend and they decided that for some unknown reason to reject my transfer and further more told me They would never transfer funds for me. Basically banning me from using their service. I just don't get it. My credit card was good and even my credit card company approved the transaction. So the hell with Western Union.
