Got a spam robocall from this establishment today that started out with "this is an important call for our members. To hear more, press 2."I am neither a "member" nor a customer. In fact, I don't even live in the region where this establishment is located. Sounds like a place you might want to avoid. I know I will!

Dropped off an envelope and was charged more than the USPS rate. Also, when it got to its destination, the contents were missing. I'd avoid this place at all costs if I were you.

Shipped an international FedEx parcel through this business last year in September. Paid the maximum fee for the parcel to be delivered in a week. The parcel did not reach its destination for nearly 5 weeks. FedEx customer care informed me that the business did not include the necessary paperwork with the parcel and also the recipient address was missing from the computer record. FedEx told me that I am eligible for a refund and should ask the business for the same. I contacted Heyab from this business in January for a refund. Since then, he has been telling me that he is in contact with FedEx for my refund. After taking me round and round for 11 months, he tells me that "even though I am eligible for refund, FedEx will not be refunding me". What is the basis of this unsubstantiated claim? I contacted Heyab many times but he will respond to me once in many months and will tell me that he is in touch with FedEx. FedEx told me that it is the responsibility of the business to refund the customer because they messed it up. I have decided to file a complaint against this unprofessional behavior. This place has poor quality and zero professional service. I used to go to this place regularly but now I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is small but very complete in a sense if their service. They provide all kind of services from fax, email, print,key copy, parcel, usps, fedex,private mail box amd so much more, extremly handsy when you have paper work and dont have the equipment . Their price is also pretty good a little to the expansive side but totally worth it since they get things done in no time. Highly recommend this place

I have gone several times and the western union service is always close. They made me come back after two hours to hear the same thing. They should remove the western union sign since they seem not to have time for this.

They're friendly, helpful, affordable. They remember me when I come in. I'm renting a mail box. They have 6 and 12 month terms, but there's no savings on the longer term, so I picked the shorter.

The place charge me $1.00 just to tape a box to ship with ups. And charge me .50 to mail a package that already has a postage stamp on it. Do not use their service. He over charge you. And he charge you for everything.

We have been using them to receive our packages for several years. We find them very professional and very accommodating. We recommend them 100%. They have had to hold our package for several days and have always done it without complaint. We find that their rates are very reasonable when compared with other locations. We have never had a promise with receiving any packages from them.

A few Christmases ago I used this location to ship a box of presents to my parents. I had weighed and measured the box from home and input the info into the online shipping calculator. The price was reasonable, but when I got the box to Parcel Etc, my shipping cost was calculated to be way more expensive (over $27). I'm not normally one to rock the boat, but I did question the expense, letting them know the online calculations said it would be much cheaper. The man behind the counter was very vague and evasive, offering on explanation whatsoever. I was watching very carefully to see how much postage was stamped on the actual label, but as soon as he printed it up, he slapped it on the box and whisked it away, so I was never able to see it. I asked my mom when the box arrived to tell me what the shipping cost in the corner of the label said....it was just over $10....so there was a ridiculous mark-up...and they didnt do any packaging or taping or anything...my box was completely ready to go. I understand they have to make SOME money off their customers to stay in business, but charging me an additional $17 for merely accepting my box, when getting it delivered half way across the country only cost me $10??? Well, that cost Parcel Etc a customer, for sure.

I had a couple of Fedex packages to drop off and was looking for a location in my neighborhood. Of course I checked Yelp and this location popped up as the closest. Pulled up and removed my packages, with pre-paid labels, from the car. I pushed the button and waited for assistance. A gentleman came from the back, I explained why I was there and slid my packages towards him. He then started ringing up the register and told me there was a charge to drop off my packages at his location. This isn't my first time doing this...I'm used to handing over my packages, having them scanned and receiving a receipt so I asked if this was this a FedEx policy? I never received an answer and was only told if I wanted to drop of my packages at his store I had to pay a fee for each package. It wasn't a lot of money, but I've already paid FedEx so why do I have to pay additional fees?? No thank you, found a location near work and managed to drop off of my packages at no additional charge.

I just stopped by here to send 2 small UPS packages that already have the postage paid labels on them. The store is crowded with crazy knock-off merchandise and the guy told me it would be $.50 each to send my packages for me. I have never heard of this before at any UPS location. I took my packages and left and am still in the parking lot writing this. I never write reviews, but this incredibly poor customer service and attitude inspired me to write.
