Maybe it was the rain. 🙂 No, it was a very nice experience with the Xfinity Store today. Went to set up wifi. In and out in about 20 min. Sebastian assisted me and was excellent: professional, personable and efficient!!

I came in to pick up my equipment to set up my internet, only to find out that the AI chatbot never started a service for me at all. Tyler ended up getting me an even better deal than I thought, and the whole experience was so seamless. He was transparent about the options that xfinity provided, and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Parking is also easily accessible and close to many shops, like Tropical Smoothie Cafe :)

The shop itself was what you would expect. The young man who assisted me was extremely helpful. Three was a long wait though.

Had to drop off a modem as a part of disconnecting services. There were other people on line but the person up front was able to get it squared away in two minutes and I was on my way!

Adam provided excellent service. He was concise and made sure to provide me with the most financially advantageous deal. Will come here again anytime I have issues with my wifi.

From the onset, the interaction was less than satisfactory. The manager seemed unprepared to handle the specifics of my billing issue. Despite my efforts to explain the situation clearly and provide all necessary documentation, the manager’s responses were vague and unhelpful. It was as if my concerns were unheard, and the solutions offered were generic at best, failing to address the core of the problem.
In conclusion, the experience was disheartening. I had hoped for a more competent and considerate handling of my issue. It’s essential for store managers to be equipped not only with the knowledge to resolve technical and billing problems but also with the soft skills necessary to provide a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

Went here on 5/17/24.
Google says they close at 8, but the store closes at 7pm.
I showed up at 7pm on the dot just to quickly drop off some equipment and they wouldn’t let me in.
Didn’t make me feel like customer service was too important to them.
Guess I’ll drive back tomorrow??♂️

The technical proficiencies of the store associate is on a Neanderthal level. They do not know how diagnose simple problems and provide no solutions. My comment may be harsh; then again, it is true. Train them!
