Do not use the card machine to pay. Have now on 3 separate occasions the machines never activated. Plus I left messages for the owner to call me back and only received one call back which was the latest time. It was a little disheartening. (Update: I was refunded for the last error.)

Bathroom door is consistently locked. In the summer it gets incredibly hot in the building because they won’t turn the air on. In the winter it gets freezing cold because they won’t turn the heat on. Sure, the machines are nice but i’d rather go somewhere else and be comfortable while doing my laundry.

Washer 4 & 5 same size washers different prices # 4 $4.50..# 5 $ 7 50. It was
bought attention to the young lady that cleans, she called someone & nothing done..Dryers do no not restart if you open doors to get some dry clothes s out . IAM GOING BACK TO Spot in ROBINWOID..tired of overpriced ripping loyal customers off.

First time here ... The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the bathroom being locked ... Not sure why it's locked but I hope that this changes because I plan on doing laundry here at least once or twice a week ...

This is the 3rd time I've come here to wash clothes. Both the second time, and today, my third time, the dryers take my money.It's 4 minutes for 25 cents. I put the money in, through my card, press start, and it doesn't.The other dryer I had, I opened it to put clothes from one dryer to the next bc it took my money, it just stopped.I look for a number, customer service text, or anything to make it aware, and there is nothing.I called the only number online and it gives us the option for a Hagerstown location. Once u press the option for smithsburg, an automated voice repeats "wrong number, wrong number".What Is going on? Are the customers concerns not important?

I arrived at this location as first time user on the afternoon of March 10. The facility was clean. However the customer restroom door was locked. The dryers offer 4 minutes for .25 cents. I found these minutes are below the market(Frederick County, Washington County, Waynesboro Pa) average. Clearly the machinery is new. The wash price is above average ($3+). The location was peaceful with sufficient parking. As a matter of perks this location is absent of casual and/or meaningful reading material.

This place is awesome!! Very clean affordable. Hug washers and dryers!! I highly recommend it. Our washer broke down and we got in and out fast!!
