Of the last half-dozen times I've gone, the order is wrong 50% of the time and the remakes are less than desirable. Shown in photo is the latest attempted remake after putting cheese on the first one accidentally - this second one has no sauce and the wrong toppings.. Not worth the headache, time, or money. The staff need better training and management, and we certainly won't be going back. But hey, we have MOD, Domino's, and Cryptic Pizza in the area! ?

I had a issue with my carryout order when I came to pick it up. My order wasn’t there. I showed the girl on my app that it was placed at this location and it said it was ready. We came to realize that the delivery driver who was working accidentally took my carryout order instead of their delivery so my order wasn’t at the store. I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady said she was the manager and she was so polite even though I expressed my frustration onto her I felt bad for taking it out on her as I saw she was by herself and busy. I can’t remember her name but it was during the afternoon on 11/1 and she had red hair. She went out of her Way to make sure my order would be made again correctly, she apologized more times I can remember and after seeing that she actually cared about my issue and didn’t give an attitude like other fast food places do she calmed me down and i was extremely happy with the outcome at the end. Very good service from her. I went back a couple hours later to apologize and she smiled and said it was her mistake and she understood why I was upset. I tried to give her a $20 tip but she denied and said she couldn’t accept my tip due to the issue being her fault and didn’t want to take it but i insisted and left it on the counter. after all I was the one who gave her a hard time over a minor mistake. mistakes happen especially in food service and I’m very sorry again to the young lady that was there. I’m hoping she will see this. Thank you!

2 out of the 3 pizzas were ok however 1 of the pizzas was not cooked all the way and it was so cheesy it was not even enjoyable to eat. Call was made to advise and the manager never once apologized for the inconvenience also went on to say they are not able to change the temperature of the oven and advised he could cook it well done. Wait what!!! Well done??? Just cook it normal not that difficult. I’ll take by business elsewhere thank you but no thank you! Darn wish I would have taken a picture of how disgusting it looked. Papa Johns used to be one of my favorites it’s a thumbs down for me at the Solomon’s Maryland location????

If I could give zero stars I would, my pizza was 30 minutes late. The driver called and stated he could not find the house? The house has house numbers at the top of the door as well as the mail box. It is 2023, USE GPS! The pizza was cold! Seems like a major change is staff is affecting business!

Horrible! The girl taking the order was totally incompetent-- the pizzas were delivered an hour late and cold. When I called to complain they offered me 25% off my next order-- THERE WON'T BE A NEXT ORDER!!! THE WORST PIZZA EVER---

Placed a huge order for 70 people and was promised a time to be delivered-- after numerous phone calls to hear the driver was leaving soon, we got the pizzas one hour late-- the order was missing items-- when I called to inform them, they would not give a refund on the missing items-- totally unacceptable-- pizzas were just ok, nothing great

The general manager is an absolute angel midnight manager sukwon is also amazing but as far as the other girl Charlie she has a smart mouth and swears in front of customers and treats her employees very badly it has absolutely no business in customer service

Ordered at 2106, they close at 2200. Online says Comfirmed, made and on the way. Says delivered at 2150. Go check to see. No pizza. Call the store to get an actual ETA, but it goes straight to voice-mail saying this location is closed. So at this point, the store is closed and I still haven't received my food.Never again from this location.

Wow what happened to this place? Barely any toppings. Tasted like a bad cheese pizza. Garlic crust cost four big ones. That’s crazy.
