Best marina yet. Attention to detail and has everything a transient boater needs. Easy pump out all over. Soft water treated and clean showers. Nice pool and great food at Chessies with big portions.

Spring Cove is a well protected marina staffed by nice people in a nice place to visit. Our boat was stored for the winter next door at Zimmerman Boat Yard, an excellent working boat yard, who launched it and finished commissioning at Spring Cove.
The Spring Cove docks are well maintained, the water and electricity work great, and there’s even self-service pumpout right at the docks. The WiFi works great. The facilities include multiple excellent heads and showers for males and females, and the laundry facilities are top notch. They even have a well stocked ship’s store that also sells alcohol. We ended up staying twelve days, one or two days at a time, as some pesky maintenance issues were resolved. Though Spring Cove and Zimmerman are separate entities, they appear to cooperate.
Within easy walking distance, there are excellent Thai and BBQ restaurants, and a West Marine. We had a rental car which made a nearby Lowes, Target, and Walmart just minutes away. An excellent grocery store named Weis is 1.6 miles away and is also served by Instacart. Several rental car companies are in town and Uber is quite reliable. We even had Amazon deliveries sent here. (Ask them for the correct “Amazon” address before ordering.)
If you’re going to get stuck somewhere, you’d be hard pressed to find a better marina than Spring Cove Marina in Solomons, Maryland. (May 2025)

This is the best Marina on the bay hands down. The staff are focused on making sure you enjoy your stay at every turn. The continuously invest in upgrades and adding new options or services. The prices are fair and great value for everything you get. The location makes it even better as you can walk to a lot or take the free shuttle or ride a complementary bike. Oh, did I also mention the best fuel prices on the island.

Beautiful full service marina in Solomon's, MD, just a short hop to Annapolis.
Staff is friendly and helpful, showers were clean, and their store was well-stocked. It's also a short walk from many local restaurants and convenience stores for provisioning.

Great marina - very well outfitted, friendly service-oriented staff, laid back vibe and perfect location. Everything we needed was covered, and then some. Really enjoyed our stay here!
