I usually love this Dollar General but today was terrible. Cashier was like 100 yrs old making small talk with another employee ignoring the one line beyond her to discuss how she feels about working on thanksgiving and what temperature she cooks her potatoes. Then when i got to the front of the line she paused to answer a personal phone call and once she was finished she rang me up. I did not have all day! A 5 minute trip took 40 minutes while she involved the whole store in her personal life

This place is gross. There was stuff all over the floor, the floors were dirty and there were no cashiers so it was all self checkout. The only worker I saw was standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette.

Best to avoid this store unless you're in a pinch. Untrained management in an understaffed store. Stocking issues, and inability to resolve basic, calm and legitimate grievances other stores teams would crush.

They always greet you when you come in the store. Staff is busy between trying to help with putting stock up and working the register.The store is very clean and organized. When I'm traveling I usually stop at the DOLLAR GENERAL stores for my needs.

Unfortunately this store has never recovered after the loss a beloved manager. It is constantly a mess now with blocked aisles and empty shelves
