“The communication was excellent and the expectations of fixing the damage were fully met. One little detail that was perhaps overlooked was tire pressures were low and the icon came on the minute I left with my car.”
“We got a flat tire at 8:30am in VA, drove on the spare all the way to Kent Narrows — in that time, they were able to price, get and put on a new tire that could get us back to southern VA, by 4pm. We were taking my elderly parents to a funeral, so the flat was already enough excitement for the day, btw shout out to Easy Rider Robbie and his granddaughter for helping us out on the side of 95.
The lady that helped my partner was super empathetic and did everything she could to make sure we got safely home. She even offered to drive her back to the funeral and when she came back for pick up, asked about the service and checked in to see how she was doing. Great customer service.

“On my way to the beach I noticed one of my tires started making noises. This being the only shop open nearby I went and they quickly noticed my tires nuts were coming loose. They were able to get it fixed that same day and I was able to continue my trip to the beach. Real life savers! Owner and his family were all so nice and welcoming.”
“I only stopped by to get new windshield wipers. I asked at the parts window and the gentleman there looked up the model, picked them off the shelf, installed the new ones and disposed of the old. It took about 5 minutes. Now! that's service with a smile ?”
