“During a huge back-up on the Bay Bridge on the way to the beach our car started having issues. It was about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday and I called to see if they could take a quick look to see if it was something they could quickly fix before we drove another 2 hours to the beach. They were so awesome! They drove the car around and put it up and saw there were actually two major problems that would mean we could not drive it to the beach. They were extremely honest and told us that they could fix one of the things but the other thing they could not fix till Monday. They advised I not try to drive it to the beach as it would be actually unsafe. They did not charge me anything and potentially saved our lives! I am not often in this town but I wanted to write the review to share that they were trustworthy and that if I was closer I would have certainly used them for the repair. I would recommend them to anyone in that area for their kindness, transparency, and honesty.”

They take such good care of the car and advise me of any potential problems when checking out. They have been our neighborhood auto place to go for 20 years, and the word gets around!
