“Nick and Mike behind the counter were super helpful and nice. When I called Mike let me know that they stop taking oil changes at 4:15. I was able to show up at 3:45 and I was out by 4:10. The service was incredibly quick and tech were nothing but professional. They noticed that one of my tires was missing a cap on the valve stem cap and replaced it free of charge. That kind of attention to detail and professionalism is extremely hard to find as was well worth what I paid. Nick was super nice to talk to and was a down to earth man that made me feel welcome and happy to have my business.Totally recommend to anyone in need of quick service!”

“Being a motorcycle mechanic, I'm very particular about who works on any of my vehicles. In most cases I will do the work my self. But I know my limitations, I can break a Street Glide down to the frame and put it together with no problem. But I do not possess the tools or knowledge to be able to do the same on all of my cars. When my 2014 Ford Escape developed a funny wobble and started making noise a friend recommended that I take my car to Matt at Bayside. I brought my car in, he diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in 2 days. He was more than fair with the pricing and the entire staff was courteous. My car was returned running as smooth as ever, and they even replaced a few of the valve stem caps that were missing. “Caught a nail in one of my tires of my Tesla on Friday afternoon. Originally, I had contacted the Tesla service center but their first opening wasn't until a week later and had a quote of ~$120 for just a patch.Western Tire came in and saved the day. They are the only shop on the island that is willing to touch a Tesla and were able to get me in on Saturday. Quick, friendly service and literally a quarter of the price. Should have been coming here from the beginning.”

“I took my car to caliber collision for an insurance claim. They were one of the few collission repair shops local on KI to choose from through allstate. They seen me for an estimate right away, provided the estimate for repairs that same evening and scheduled my repairs in a timely manner. During the duration of my cars stay I had text updates/alerts along the way. Their staff werefriendly and helpful.I was stopped at a red light and hit from behind. My car repairs include a hatch and bumper repair to a Ford escape. I picked up my car yesterday and am very pleased with the service and repairs their shop provided. My trunk is working again thankfully and the paint job provided looks great. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repair or insurance claims from an accident.”

“I have been restoring my dream car (1969 Mustang) for the last 7 years. I have taken it to shop after shop and run into the same problems again and again. I'm not a millionaire, I'm just a regular guy. Because of that, I'm never a priority and often get taken advantage of. "It will take 2 months." Turns into 8 months. "It will cost this much." then you pick it up and the price is double. "We are the best, that's why it costs so much." and the quality is poor. I wish I had found Outlaw first. I would have saved thousands of dollars and years of my life. What they say is what you get. Just walking in the shop, you are surrounded by classic cars. They were working on another 1969 mustang when I walked in. They showed me exactly what I was going to get. The staff is kind and Troy is a stand up guy. No BS. If you have a classic and you're sick of being treated poorly, take your car to Outlaw.”
