“Caught a nail in one of my tires of my Tesla on Friday afternoon. Originally, I had contacted the Tesla service center but their first opening wasn't until a week later and had a quote of ~$120 for just a patch.Western Tire came in and saved the day. They are the only shop on the island that is willing to touch a Tesla and were able to get me in on Saturday. Quick, friendly service and literally a quarter of the price. Should have been coming here from the beginning.”

I had a bad sensor and they assured me it was safe to drive home. There was no charge for this peace of mind. What a great service this was on a Sunday. “The service was outstanding as soon as I walked through the door. Greeted very politely and was asked what they could do for me. Took my truck in for possible flat tire. Fixed that one and also checked the others while it was in the air. Very quick so I could return to work.
