I wouldn't leave any stars if I could, simply because they do not deserve them. This company has be nothing short of a thorn in my neck since the beginning. I place an order and was told it would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. 4 weeks go by and I call. I was then told 6 to 8 weeks. Mind you my child's season had already ended and the shirts weren't available and I wasn't given an accurate time frame for when they would ship. When I placed the order, I was very specific about what I wanted on the backs of each shirt (names and number). I typed this information in the special instructions box, down in the left hand corner of the cart. I placed the order and expected them to be done in 7 to 10 business days, like I was quoted. fast forward 8 weeks and I receive the shirts and the backs are completely blank. I contacted the sales representative that previously emailed me about an address update, just to be told that there were no notes on my order. I was very specific in my details of what I wanted on the backs of all 4 shirts I ordered. I would not have ordered the shirts without the names and numbers on the back. The lack of care and attention to the matter was disgusting. The only option I was ultimately given was to ship the shirts back at my own expense and they would add the names and numbers to them and ship them back to me in one day. If its that fast to correct an error that was made, then why on earth did it take 8 full weeks to print and ship the shirts with just the little league logo on the front? Do not shop here or waste your money with this horribly managed company!! It also seems as though everyone that answers emails or phone calls needs to find a different profession than working in customer service! Just rude and nasty!

I usually don't leave reviews, but people need to be aware of this company & the toxicity that comes with it.
A receptionist who's name begins with an "L" is the absolute worst to deal with. Extremely nasty, raises her voice & accuses you of being rude. She started out by lying about when my order will ship, ignore my emails for about a week & come back with 10 excuses. Their "please allow 4-6 weeks to be delivered" is a scam. Expect it to be longer.
I finally recieved my order.. terrible! The quality is awful. The logo was pealing as soon as it came out of the box. The other shirts the logos were off centered & shrunk from to much heat. I contacted the company immediately. I was given the run around. I sent emails, pictures called daily to speak with a manager or owner.. no one was available. I was told to just keep emailing (which i did) but was not getting a response.
Finally after weeks of dealing with this. I was told to send them back, once they recieve it, I would get my refund. I got an email saying they recieved it & now I'm getting excuses on why the shirts are the way they were. I called, "L" answered & immediate attitude. She started raising her voice, making it out that I was being rude. She even hung up on me. I had to call back just for her to answer again. She was worse this time, telling me that "she dont like dealing with awful humans like me".I asked to talk to the owner, but of course he wasn't there. Finally, another woman got on the phone & was a breath of fresh air. She calmly handled the situation. Was able to do what "L" couldn't.
Again, I usually don't to reviews, but dealing with this type of unprofessional behavior from a company gives huge red flags. I refuse to place another oder here ever again.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service. Rude receptionist, whom has an attitude and also smart comments back. I will never buy anything from a team store here again. After 10 weeks (and still waiting) still no order. I have called every week from 6 weeks out and there is always an excuse (we are short staff and 1 manager had to have surgery). 1 week they said it was sitting right in front of them, now after 2 weeks they are saying something was back ordered. And of course the manager was not in today to speak with them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I work at a local cheer/tumble & strength gym in Dover, Delaware. We began training a travel softball team (Delaware Heart) so I wanted to show I supported their team by purchasing some team apparel. I found this website from a simple google search online and found the type of apparel I wanted pretty quickly. The website was easy to use and I was able to place my order with ease. I would say the only drawback is the shipping time (which they're upfront about on their website) and the wait time was well worth the wait. The apparel is premium material and the team name/designs were perfectly pressed. This is probably the best athletic/sports clothing I've ever purchased. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again in the future.

Company does not support there product. The artwork team could not supply good artwork and the rep that I was dealing with told me I need to get a refund. The owner not only denied the return he insulted myself saying I need a therapist. I have proof of it all if someone needs to see proof. Mojo is a great company and the product is excellent.

The lack of customer support and turn around to get jerseys is behind frustrating! Going on 6 weeks and still waiting on a 3 jersey order is crazy and nobody can tell me why or what’s going on!

These guys are the real deal. Quick service and hands down the best quality I’ve seen in a few yrs great customer service and very quick turn around had 20 full dyes in less than 10 days and 2nd 20 already on the way.. if ur looking for jerseys do not hesitate with these guys

I was looking for custom jerseys. Found Eric at EShore. Great service, fast turn around and a better price than the place I had been going. I've used other sporting goods places, much more professional than other shops. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, no BS, no run around and my stuff was ready when promised! Highly recommend!
