On the way to Ocean City in 2 cars, my MiL's Van had a tire pressure light come on (tires filled recently). This shop quickly checked and determined it was a sensor issue and safe to drive. Nice honest place.

Be careful with this business. I received a quote to do front rotors, calipers, and pads for $622. After picking up my truck I was still having issues. I took the truck back and was told my quote and invoice did not include calipers, and would cost an additional $500-$600. Having been unsatisfied, I took my truck to Western Auto and got a quote of $250 to replace both front rotors. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to invoice when I paid it. My fault.
I will never use this shop again but read you're paperwork closely so this doesn't happen to you. Western Auto on Kent Island will get all my future business.

These guys are nothing short than fantastic. Worked on my Bmws, Jeep, My lexus LS & RX gets serviced here regularly. Always have done a suberb job with any vehicle ive brought to them. Transparent, Affordable, Friendly, Fast & their communication is top notch. Call you before any work is done, The work is documented to carfax which is great! OEM parts or OEM match, Spectacular shop!

2023: Chris and Chase were efficient, skilled, and organized getting my Scion done in about 30 minutes. I’m pleased with their customer service and their pricing, comparable to other shops that require car drop off all day for simple oil change and tire rotation. I’ll be back for new tires. They were honest when I asked about brakes wear, as I’d had that checked 3 months prior during inspection at a trusted shop. They communicated clearly and concisely. ASE certified.
Later: got those tires here! Such a good deal and done so quickly and well. Great customer service explaining tire types, maintenance, and brakes anatomy and necessity when to rotate tires and change brake pads.
2024: took a friends vintage Subaru here for diagnosing grinding on passenger rear wheel in last 6 hours. Found a faulty caliper in that one , ruined rotors and brake pads in both rear wheels. $1000 estimate. Less than other shop friend had gone to on KI and quicker! Great management customer service while I waited with my dog in the lobby and had one of their Keurig hot beverages. So easy going and outgoing here!

Nick and Mike behind the counter were super helpful and nice. When I called Mike let me know that they stop taking oil changes at 4:15. I was able to show up at 3:45 and I was out by 4:10. The service was incredibly quick and tech were nothing but professional. They noticed that one of my tires was missing a cap on the valve stem cap and replaced it free of charge. That kind of attention to detail and professionalism is extremely hard to find as was well worth what I paid. Nick was super nice to talk to and was a down to earth man that made me feel welcome and happy to have my business.Totally recommend to anyone in need of quick service!

Stopped in as down on vacation and had a flat tire. They also sorted my breaks as they wobbled all the way down from NYC when breaking and an oil change all whilst we went out for the day. Really professional and excellent customer service. thankyou
