Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, Responds quickly to texts and calls. Kevin takes the time to help me learn more about my campervan every time he comes out. He explains what he is doing to provide basic maintenance or to repair a feature.

We just bought our RV the weekend before, on a Friday afternoon we were ready to go but the house batteries were completely dead and plugging the camper in for a while did nothing. Anything we tried wasn’t working and not being familiar with the new camper we weren’t sure where to turn. Kevin went above and beyond, figured out the issue quickly and 20 minutes later we were on our way! Kevin was super nice, explained what he was asking and why and made me feel super at ease. Easily the best RV help I’ve ever had!

If not for Kevin, I would probably still be stuck in a rest area somewhere on eastern Maryland. I was driving down 301 when the leaf spring on my fifth wheel broke off. When everyone else said “sorry, can’t help”, Kevin was willing and able to jump right into the problem and help me replace the leaf spring in a few hours so I could reach my destination. Without his tools and knowledge I would most likely still be stuck in that rest area! Can’t recommend him enough :)

Kevin was absolutely the best. Not only did he thoroughly troubleshoot and find the exact problem, he also helped out with the dealer warranty and our after market warranty. Absolute superstar. Very receptive to texts and calls and timely! Highly, highly recommend. I held the 5 star button for a long time, it is actually a 10 star rating. Kevin return Call to ask what service I need it and came the soonest he had available to fix our furnace, since we would be having some snow days . (He came on a Sunday, how works on a Sunday) He explains everything with detail. He try everything and will not give up! He figured it out and send the part we need it, and keeps in touch to make sure it is still working fine. He answers our concerns and helps with our questions. Great personality and he thinks for the well of others.P.s He even calls to manufacture for you when he can to have something fix! Highly Recommend On the Spot Rv!

What an incredible experience it was to deal with Kevin at On the Spot. I had multiple issues with my Camper and needed it done ASAP. Appointments at nearby RV shops were not available for 2+ months. Kevin was available in a week's time. Kevin arrived and replaced my multi alarm, kitchen faucet and was able to trouble shoot and replace my awning LED which was causing an electrical short. I would have never figure this out. All of this was done in my back yard and at a fraction of the cost that I would have paid at a shop. On the Spot RV Service is awesome! Kevin responded quickly to my initial query. Offered timely and effective advice. When it became clear that I needed on sight service, he worked with us and arrived at the first opportunity. While with us, he communicated directly with the RV manufacturer and help identify and address the problem. I would highly recommend! They are on speed dial now as our go to for support which is critical as we are full timers.
