Too bad I can't choose zero stars! My worse financial experience since my piggy bank broke when I was five years old. Previously had my former bank for 30 years and loved it. Bill pay was seamless. Suddenly they merged with Shore United. From the get go this has been a disaster! Now almost two months after the merger they STILL cannot get my bill pay right despite multiple calls and contacts. All they had to do was transfer the info from my old bank. Should have been easy peasy. They won't even RESPOND to my messages now! It's MY money. They are a joke! STAY AWAY! Thinking about getting a new piggy bank...

Shore United Bank is criminal with its takeover of Severn Savings Bank. My Social security Deposit did not appear on my Account as it has with Severn Bank for years. It did post the next day. The new Debit Card they sent by mail arrived by mail in a timely manner but the access code never arrived so I was unable to use it ! Login to my account has required answering security questions each time I login and I made a mistake and was denied access to my account on line until I was able to speak to a person in the bank- only normal hours. Shameful Bank!!!!

Very nice and professional tellers! Never have messed up any of my transactions. Very helpful over the phone as well for issues with the app or a card!

I called and briefly spoke with Maryanne about obtaining a mortgage. She was very rude and clearly made assumptions. She was not helpful and seemed to just be screening me for if I was worth the commission. Because of my discomfort with her tactlessness, I did not tell her how much I had saved or what the top of my budget was. I was calling to find out what kind of mortgages they offered. Clearly our business wasn’t worth her time as she said she would have someone call us soon and we never received a call. Making assumptions and terrible customer service - we will happily be taking our business elsewhere.
