For the past years this was a friendly, enjoyable Subway, the crew was great, and the food on par for Subway. On my visit this week, that all changed. I ordered online, and when I arrived, my 12" sub was a 6" sub (I paid for a 12"). I informed the cashier about the mix up she went to (apparently) the manager that was working on the production line, and informed him. He seemed very angry, and sent a worker to assess ( take apart ) the mis-made sandwich. About 10 minutes later I asked the cashier what was going on, and where is my sandwich? She checked with the angry man again, and said they were working on it. I went and ask this gentleman was was going on with my order, and he curtly said I didn't make it I don't know...we are remaking it. I ask how soon and he got even more rude and said as soon as we can. I ask where the old crew was and he replied none of your business. Apparently that crew (and maybe the franchise owner is gone, as I will be never returning to this screwed up mismanaged location...

I always buy online and pick up. The food is always ready, the restaurant is clean and service is very good, very friendly and with great attitudes.

Very disappointed there were NO hot peppers! Sandwiches were very disappointing as well. Owner is very arrogant! Will not return!

gabby mangold was delicate with my sub. and made it spot on. 10/10 definitely deserves a raise.Wheelchair accessibility: gabby helped me get into the store with my wheelchair. 10/10

I was in Kent Island this week for a soccer tournament and we stopped by for lunch. The staff was awesome…subs were fresh and Sheri went above and beyond.After 18 hours of drive time I left mykeys at the restaurant and without hesitation they offered to mail them to me. What a huge helpWould highly recommend

Two time's in a month I've gotten sick from subway on K.I.Beware eating here because I'm done. They use the same knife cutting your sub. Big hint.

They are always so friendly and super fast at this Subway! I'm only a minute away from it so it's great to know I can rely on them to get my lunch break going smoothly and deliciously!

service was terrible, very ignorant kids. I walked in i was the only one there when the young girl came to take my order she did not talk to me the whole time, even when i said hello. when she finally did decide to talk to me she rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me. The other young man proceeded to make fun of what was on my sandwich even though it was simply just ham & cheese.

Hostess was very pleasant and the server was prompt. However the individuals that brought out the food lack customer service manners.Individual dropped my son's meal without an apology or update when we should receive it. Waitress finally came over after five minutes to give an update.While red Robin isn't McDonald's, we do still expect a level of customer service. Hopefully its not the normal practice for this establishment.Will not recommend this location to others.

Usually subway is pretty average but this place is legitimate incredible. Order from them off of DoorDash several times a week.

Up until recently everything I got was outstanding. But I ordered two sub's using the app and tried using the coupon that comes in the paper. I put in the discount saying ad a little caption in red came up telling me I could not use that discount because there may be a better discount. I tried a couple of times them I called the Subway and explained the trouble I was having. The woman told me that I had to use the app and then told me to hold on then the phone hung up. I tried calling back 4 or 5 times and no one would answer the phone. I have deleted the app off my phone and not planning on going back there.
