Decent pedicure but the most sour and disappointing customer service! Not one smile, not one please or thank you. Barely any eye contact, brusque with physical interaction. Again, the actual nails look pretty decent, but I don’t appreciate being treated like an annoying inconvenience when I’m paying for it (and smiling at them, saying please and thank you, being patient, etc)! Been twice and had the same experience, as did the friend who was with me. Won’t go again

This was my third time there. K does a nice job but she is constantly in a hurry to the point you can't relax. After she's completes your gel manicure and pedicure she never takes time to put lotion on your arms, hands and d legs like ALL salons do. It's impossible to relax. Just too stressful. It's obvious she's trying to get you in and out. I won't go there anymore.

I went first the first time today for a pedicure. Not only did she cut me she was the rudest person I've had had do my nails. I will never return and I wish I had not tipped.

This was an absolute gem during my stay on Kent Island! Baltimore has tons of nail salons but Kelly could “run with the best of them”. I received the dipping powder in a beautiful color, expertly applied and professionally done. She moves quickly multitasking to keep the shop rolling but it’s no wonder she’d booked up. She is amazing! My nails are gorgeous. I’ll be back and will tell my friends visiting the area. Warning - make an appointment. She’s in high demand & for good reason!Services: Synthetic nail removal

The appointment I made was at my convenience. Kelly is who I called and talk to. I walked in. I was greeted very nicely and was picking my color and then immediately she knew the color to match with my toes. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Not expensive I highly recommend a Fancy Nails was not disappointing at all.
