Got my hair done by Katie today and had to leave with my hair unfinished because she neglected to ask whether or not I wanted a partial or full, made assumptions based off the picture, left the color on my head for so long my scalp started to burn, shampooed my head super aggressively and scratched my sensitive scalp with her nails during it. I also watched her put a used cape back in with clean ones and the tray she was using to hold her color bowls and clips was covered in hair. I now have to finish my color at home. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because the highlights were as chunky as I wanted them.

Truly a lifesaver. Sherry went above and beyond helping my wife and me with a hair emergency. We appreciate her staying a bit later since we were late getting there. Sherry was so gentle and caring. Thank you for going the extra mile for us. We have been going there for years and years. Jessica usually styles for Mrs. We'll keep coming back for the five-star treatment we get.
