Great little place. Has a long walking trail to make sure you get your steps in. The beaches are clean and beautiful. There is an absolutely wonderful view of the Bay Bridge here. The bathrooms are fantastic. We stop here as our halfway point on our way to family to stretch out legs, take a walk and use the facilities to ready for the rest of our journey. The rangers are friendly and all the people walking their dogs are too. A great clean place to visit. Free parking, just watch the curbs entering and exiting, the transitions can be rough.

Kayaked 4 Miles from Sandy point. Perfect day, perfect weather!

This is a really nice and hidden beach. Be sure not to leave any valuables in your car, as the cars are a good distance from the beach, and there tend to be a higher than usual amount of break-ins there because of it. That is literally the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it is awesome! Definitely cleaner and calmer than Sandy Point during peak season! Also a great spot for engagement as well as family photos.

Nice spot! Doesn't look promising getting there, but once you do, it's well done.Note that the trail is not accessible all the way around. The part along the beach is loose sand and even our more rugged chair had issues. They really should add a boardwalk here.

We had such a great time visiting today! Our dog had a BLAST. It's a very short, yet pretty, walk to the beach area. You get to see different environments depending on which path you take. There were a few other dogs there with us but there was plenty of room to keep some distance. There are also several great views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The restrooms in the parking lot were very clean. I highly recommend coming early since parking is limited and fills up fast!

Ok, So I took the bike path from the beginning of Kent Narrows, to Terrapin, and I will say the bike ride was amazing! Flat as a pancake in most areas and has down hill areas (it is a net downward ride) Terrapin was a good park overall when we got to it, but, it is jelly season so be careful! There are a billion. There view of the bridge is cool and that makes up for the thickness of the beach. The trees are nice, there are bathrooms but no water fountains and the park service rangers were all very nice. So try it out! Oh I also saw a turtle.

There's a nice little beach, picnic area, and biking trails. The parking is limited, and the beach area is very small. FYI, cooler isn't allowed.

I loved the beach and it has a partition for dogs. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of proper sign boards. We found it difficult to get to the beach as we thought the entrance would be separate for dogs (which wasn't the case). It wasn't as crowded as we thought because of the holiday weekend, so we were pleasantly surprised. My dog had a great time at the beach.

Great spot for hoping on the Cross Island trail if you're looking for an easy, long walking or biking path. Plus, there's a small beach with a great view of the Bay Bridge. Brand new restrooms right next to the parking area are a fabulous addition. Be warned that the parking lot and the beach fill up quickly on hot summer days.

Rode up with friends to watch the sunset. It's a great park. Paths are wide, smooth, and level. The routes are clearly marked. There are different habitats to check out and a small beach. To top it off, there are new modern restrooms, picnic tables, and grills.Restrooms: New, clean, accessible.Dog-friendliness: We met lots of leashed dogs. Their people were friendly, too.

Just over the bay bridge so not far from the main land. Parking is nice. Restrooms are very modern and clean. Nice trails. Nice bird watch areas. Narrow but enough beach. Grill and benches for picnics are also available
