Had an appointment with Maggie today and let me tell you something!!! Absolutely incredible experience will go here from now on. When walking in Whitney welcomed me and had fantastic customer service. Maggie was very personable and talked me through the whole hair cut. Told me exactly what she was going to do the whole time. The volume she gave my hair was just stunning. It has never looked this good my entire life and as long as I am in the area I will continue to be a patron at this amazing establishment.Service: Hairstyling

Before I left this review, I read the ones already posted. In doing this, I first want to say, do not let the two bad reviews from years ago decide your own opinion and experience! Whitney has an absolutely amazing salon! I am addicted to the facials she offers. I actually just got home from getting my second facial peel, lol. Her facility is extremely clean and inviting. Her knowledge of products and procedures is beyond impressive. Any questions or concerns you may have; she takes the time to answer and explain to you, with true care. I urge you to treat yourself and see how amazing this salon is and all the delightful services offered. I also want to add, this is a salon for men, women and children. My daughters and husband thoroughly enjoy the facials, hair treatments and haircuts as well!

First visit- keratin treatment not strong enough for resistant hair.2nd visit- root touch up and highlights with Maggie. I was there over 4 hours!!!!! Unheard of for that service. Roots were completely blonde with no dimension. Root color was completely covered by too many highlights. Darker strands too ash (the ones you could still see that is). My naturally curly hair was rough dried before trying to smooth it which made it very dry and rough. I called the owner and was told that Maggie could do a conditioning treatment 2 weeks later and I would be charged!!!After a few moisturizing treatments on my own and blowing it out smooth in sections with tension the texture was back to normal.Decided to give her one more try:3rd visit scheduled this past Wed for root touch up and a trim.]I asked that the roots be more neutral than ash and to please balayage a few strands to break up the overly blonde. Maggie stated that she does not do balayge but would do foils. I was shown fake hair color swatches. I have not seen those in 20 years. No one uses those anymore because it depends on you natural color and the texture of your hair.After 2 1/2 hours !!! my hair is an ashy brunette with 95% of the highlights covered. The blow out grudgingly done my way with the front bangs looking like a 60's bouffant. HORRIBLE. State of shock literally.Whitneys response was that Maggie could see me the next day to put highlights in. My hair would have broken off for sure to add bleach back in at this point.REFUSALE to refund my $215.00STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS SALON. Went in for a root touchup and asked for a few low lights the same color as the roots around the front to break up the blonde. Look at the before and after! And to make matters worse their idea was to put some highlights back in which had just been almost completely covered which I had done just six weeks ago. It probably would've fallen out the bowl to add more bleach. And they say they are the professionals? Have they ever heard of Malibu C

Purchased a gift card for mom. She went to use it . When calling to set appointment they told her she needed to put down deposit to hold appointment. She said she wanted to use gift card. They said the deposit is just to hold appointment and they will apply gift card later. They kept deposit and deducted a few dollars from gift card then gave gift card back. That is not what I had in mind when giving the gift of relaxation. Quite the opposite. Last time I use them .

twice i had lisa cut my hair absolutely terrible, but being too nice i never said anything!!!!!! big mistake!!! lisa also CHOPPED my sons hair!!! after that i started asking who my stylist would be. i decided to color my hair with maggie, who by the way was very personable. the 1st color did not take so she put a 2nd color in. it took 3 long hours to finish but i liked it. i was charged for 2 colors, even though i didnt ask for 2 colors $145 and gave maggie a $50 tip. after the 1st wash half of the color came out, after the 2nd wash my hair looked horrible!! i let whitney know after the first wash that my hair would need more color, which maggie told me would be no problem!! unfortunately i had to cancel the next 2 appointments because i was called back to work after being shut down for 2 and a half months. whitney seemed ok with that.i finally got in and had my hair redone however they ran out of the color they were using so they had to use a 2nd color, REALLY!!!!!!!! my ends are much darker than my top. but again i ilke it so i gave maggie a $25 tip. on my way out whiney tried to charge me another $100!!!!!! i was shocked and told her i should not have to pay for it. her response to me was "well from now on i dont think we"ll be a good fit for you!!!!!! whitney have you seen your reviews lately????? you shouldn't push people away!!!!!

Bad at color. Went for platinum blonde spent 5 hours and $350 dollars to come out with uneven discolored hair. Called the owner, Whitney, to ask for a partial refund as this will cost money to fix elsewhere (they clearly lack the expertise required for a difficult job) only to find her combative and rude. Stay away for color. Simple bowl cuts probably ok.

I've been a customer here for quite a few years. I've had Lisa as a stylist, Katie has done reiki on me, Whitney has done my brows, Steph has given me a wonderful pedicure & Cathy did a great hair rescue on me when I took scissors to my own head...lol! Love the whole team. It's always a relaxing experience. I take my son there too!

Customer Service and care is nonexistent. No compassion and no understanding. I missed an appointment due to car troubles and instead of helping me reschedule for a date that was best for me at a later date in the future I was told that they would prefer if I just took my refund and never scheduled again. Very rude and not very helpful.
