Extremely happy with the service from Harford Tire. Very friendly staff, got me in and installed all four Continental tires very quickly.Will be coming back for my other vehicles tire needs.

In private industry I’ve been an CEO, COO, CFO. In Government I’ve been a Program Manager, Deputy Director and Director, I know process, project management, logistics, execution, efficacy and efficiency, everything this organization does from management, sales reps and auto techs, they do exceptionally. To make matters even better and most importantly their sense of ethics is extraordinary, in other words they are the most honest folks I’ve ever encountered in this business. I want to thank especially Charlie, for building such a great team. My family and I bring all our vehicles to them for maintenance and tires!! Why? As I just explained, they’re the best! Blessings always!

I’ve now dealt with Harford tire for a number of years, and they have always gone above and beyond to do what’s right. I had them build a custom exhaust system for a hot rod, and they did an awesome job. Several years later, the spot weld on one of the hangers broke. It may have even been my fault, but they insisted on not charging me for the repair. Recently, we took my wife’s car to the local dealership for service, and while the car was in their care, a nail penetrated one of her tires. The warning lights went off immediately after she picked it up. The dealer said the tire had to be replaced at full cost. I took it to Harford Tire, and they fixed it for a couple of bucks. In both situations they could have profited from my misfortune, but instead, chose to do the right thing. You just don’t find that kind of service anywhere anymore. I highly recommend this business.

My wife went in to have them put a new tire we owned to replace the bad tire on a rim for my mower. She said they were very kind and respectful and good service overall. If my wife says it was a good experience then it was good! I’ll be going back when the occasion is needed.

The most important review one can give is that they are honest with you and do not take you for rides-Harford tire has this in spades.I was a new guy 5 years ago….and they treated me the same then as they do now-honestly. I grew up wrenching on my own cars and all their thought processes are the same thing I would have done.So if you use them you really don’t need to worry. You’re getting God’s honest truth what it takes to fix whatever it is…

Honest service at fair prices. Harford tire is the only place I'll go to get my vehicles serviced. They are extremely knowledgeable about what it takes to keep my boat trailer on the road for thousands of miles every year.

This was my second time visiting Harford Tire i will definitely be back!First was for a set of tires on a Chrysler Pacifica, they were less than half of what the dealer quoted. The tires had to be ordered but they were in the next day.Second time was to have a tire repair. While they couldn't fix the tire because it had 2 puncture holes too close together they ordered a new one and it was also there next day. They kept my rim so they could just pop it on the tire and then when i got there i was in and out in ess than 30 minutes.

I had a great experience at Harford Tire. Wait time wasn't long and the cost was reasonable. I will certainly keep them on file so if I ever have this type of problem. Plus, the counter staff was very professional

Other than the fact that I found a random valve stem core on my drivers floor which scared me into thinking they forgot to install it… the process for plugging my tire was seamless a speedy. They did a great job in getting my vehicle back to me! Great customer service and good prices!

No doubt, this is the best automotive repair and maintenance shop around. Charlie and his crew are top notch. I spent 20+ years in the business, and I can tell you that I have never walked out of Harford Tire feeling like I overpaid, or had a repair done that was not necessary. They will continue to get my business for years to come.
