“I came to the NFCU on Feb 6, 2024. Deposited a tax refund check and experienced a small set back with the image reading through the ATM. The next day I noticed the check was not pending. I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”

I visited the office a couple of days ago to inquire about opening an Estate account.Portia greeted me and asked how she could help me today, I proceeded to tell and show her my credentials after being invited to have a seat.I explained the situation in reference to my deceased mom.She did let me know the limits of Estate there. “Can't figure out all the poor reviews here. I've been with AgFed for about a decade and have had no issues. As for the website, a 10 year old can navigate it. It's pretty much a standard online banking interface. I think maybe some of the negativity may be from individuals who triggered security protocols. AgFed seems to be very fraud conscious and that's fine with me.”
