“This has been my bank for many years now. I actually opened my first account with them in high school. There's something comforting in knowing I'm banking with a federal credit union. I bought my first car and used them for my loan. I've done a lot of big financial life moments with them. They have a few "sister branches" that you can go to if you don't want to go all the way to dc (if you're not a local). The customer service is hit or miss, but for the most part they get the job done. I had one issue with a lady named missy when I was trying to get the title back for my car after paying it off. She was very rude and I ended up calling a manager to get it settled. Other than that situation i like banking with them. The location is beautiful, can't beat being in a senate office building! !”

I would go so far as to say there is no better place on the East Coast for Lobbying. You don't have to have the cash on you for long, ha ha, with 100 muggers across the street and 435 located up around the bend. The bills are a bit new and crispy, but they pack readily into fanny-assed candy a** packs, and the locals are more than happy to help you move these because they sell them back to their own government for more than face value. Don't wander too far by car. Recommend going on foot. to the bay, and renting a speedboat.”

“I like the service the branch location the tellers were unprofessional a lady accepted a large deposit had it sitting on desk while she checks her cell phone I stood there she looks up with impression what you need now she puts money in drawer and gives me a receipt even if no customers have employees put phone away and be inviting and waiting for a customer to walk in also I ask for checks to be order she states ok and proceeds on her phone she never ordered the checks I called 1-800 number a week later to request checks still waiting Employees even if slow your there to work not be on phone it’s allowed they will keep doing it”

“I feel so sorry for Ms. Monique. She really could use some help. I can see that Ms. Monique could use a break. Ms. Monique deserves a raise or new position that comes with a raise. She is always the only one I see at the front desk and she always greet you with a smile even when she has nothing to smile about.”
“Do not work with them on your mortgage. They are very slow. It took me forever to find out how much I qualify for. General loans are given very fast though. Staff is good but the whole slow system doesn't let them help you accordingly.”
